  • Patent number: 5251519
Abstract: A wrench kit for servicing threaded components such as nuts and bolts that are not easily accessible consists of a wrench member and a plurality of heads releasibly engagable by the wrench member. The wrench member has a shaft elongated between proximal and distal extremities. An operational block, disposed at the distal extremity, is capable of securing a head in orthogonal relationship to the shaft. The proximal extremity is provided with a straight turning handle that penetrates the shaft in T-shaped relationship.

  • Patent number: 5225997
Abstract: A device for direct monitoring of a system with pre-scheduled, request or alarm reports being generated and sent to remote locations via facsimile transmission, with the reports being pre-formatted, as desired, such as in tabular or graphical form. The device interfaces with sensors which continuously directly monitor analog data such as temperature, pH, pressure values, or digital data such as limit switches, etc. of an operating system. Multiple process variable input channels or interfaces permit monitoring of different parameters. Each parameter can be reported in different page format. A conversion element within the device converts analog data from the operating system to digital form for immediate analysis and/or storage and later retrieval and/or analysis of operating conditions and parameters. Upon a pre-determined condition, a report condition is sensed and stored data is retrieved, by the device, into suitable combination with a pre-programmed page format such as tabular or graphical form.

  • Patent number: 4819521
Abstract: A reversible ratchet wrench employing spaced plates which hold the sockets and ratchet mechanism in assembly has an offset handle to provide clearance for the hand of the user. The pawl of the ratchet mechanism is in the head portion of the wrench adjacent the socket and the spring-loaded plunger is supported in the handle portion. The pawl and plunger engage at an oblique angle at a juncture zone between the handle portion and the socket head portion, which juncture zone affords clearance for operative movement of the ratchet and plunger during use.

  • Patent number: 4154528
Abstract: A modular photographic film printer utilizes a direct current servo controlled main drive motor and belt drive to move a master film and raw film stock across printing heads without the use of intermediate sprockets. Film tension is controlled by tension control motors connected to the pay out and take up reels of the printer. The unit is modular in construction, and circuitry is provided for monitoring critical functions of the printer in order to locate malfunctions. Fiber optics are utilized in the sound track printing head to provide cool operation.

  • Patent number: 4099869
Abstract: A printing head assembly for exposing raw stock film with a preprint film in a contact film printer including a dual roller gate assembly. The dual roller gate assembly includes a pair of rollers mounted on a roller frame for engaging the preprint film and raw stock film on opposite sides of the printing aperture for wrapping both the preprint and raw stock film about a segment of the printing sprocket of substantially greater length than the printing aperture. An adjustable biasing spring permits regulation of the tension applied through the rollers to the film runs. The dual roller gate assembly includes a selectively operable retraction device to withdraw the rollers away from the printing sprocket for loading and unloading the film printer. In an alternate embodiment, the dual roller gate assembly is pivotally mounted by an offset shaft which permits pivotal movement of the dual roller gate assembly to provide clearance for loading the film printer.
