    Abstract: A mounting plate having a central shaft fixedly and coaxially mounted to the shaft is arranged for reception within a pot member and with the mounting plate positioned on the pot floor spaced therefrom by a plurality of support feet. In this manner, the central shaft may be manually grasped for the lifting of the mounting plate from the pot effecting separation of a plant positioned upon the mounting plate from the associated pot.
