  • Publication number: 20240079275
Abstract: A gate insulating film has a multilayer structure including a SiO2 film, a LaAlO3 film, and an Al2O3 film that are sequentially stacked, relative permittivity of the gate insulating film being optimized by the LaAlO3 film. In forming the LaAlO3 film constituting the gate insulating film, a La2O3 film and an Al2O3 film are alternately deposited repeatedly using an ALD method. The La2O3 film is deposited first, whereby during a POA performed thereafter, a sub-oxide of the surface of the SiO2 film is removed by a cleaning effect of lanthanum atoms in the La2O3 film. A temperature of the POA is suitably set in a range from 700 degrees C. to less than 900 degrees C.

  • Publication number: 20220349618
Abstract: A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a condensate drain pan configured to be positioned beneath a heat exchanger of the HVAC system, relative to gravity, and configured to collect condensate formed via operation of the heat exchanger. The condensate drain pan comprises a drain surface, a plurality of walls extending from the drain surface to form a receptacle configured to collect the condensate, and a drain outlet formed in a wall of the plurality of walls. The condensate drain pan further comprises an air dam comprising a plurality of baffles, wherein a baffle of the plurality of baffles extends from the wall of the plurality of walls. The air dam is configured to re-direct an air flow flowing within the condensate drain pan away from the drain outlet.

  • Publication number: 20020100704
Abstract: A tool display card for a tool of the type having a pair of pivotably interconnected handles. The card includes a track. A slide is mounted on the track and is moveable in a path between a first position whereat the slide surrounds the working surfaces of the tool to prevent pivotable movement of the handles of the tool. The slide may be moved to a second position whereat the slide is spaced from the working surfaces of the tool to enable the handles to pivot relative to each other.

  • Patent number: 5957556
Abstract: A computer system includes seveal computing areas which are connected to one another by a number of cables. The cables are necessary to carry information from one computing area to another computing area. The cables can be thought of as the information highway between computing areas. The computer system has a first housing which has a frame. The frame includes an elongated hollow corner post that has an opening along the length of the corner post. The hollow portion of the corner post is used as a cable run.The corner post further comprising an exterior surface having a key way therein. A number of cable guides, each having a key that fits within the key way of said elongated corner post, is attached to the corner post. Each cable guide has a two ends. One of said ends is positioned near the opening in the corner post and the other end of said cable guide is positioned near a computing area when the cable guide is positioned within the key way.
