The fluid sensor comprises a first region configured to be exposed to the fluid, and a second region configured to be isolated from the fluid, where the first dielectric membrane is located in the first region, such that in use, the first dielectric membrane is exposed to the fluid, and wherein the second dielectric membrane is located in the second region such that in use, the second dielectric membrane is isolated from the fluid.

The system and method improve upon conventional practices and yield a biomethane product which meets strict gas pipeline quality specifications. Additionally, the system and method are an improvement to the overall methane recovery efficiency for biogas processing facilities.

The process also includes hydrolyzing the acid fluoride-containing polymer to form a perfluoroalkyl polyether carboxylic acid or carboxylate salt. The process further includes distilling off the fluorinated solvent and treating the perfluoroalkyl polyether carboxylic acid or carboxylate salt with elemental fluorine to obtain the perfluoroalkyl polyether copolymer.

The fuse-monitoring device may be attached to a fuse holder of the fuse cutout, and may include a movement sensor that detects when the fuse holder swings open due to its fuse melting, or blowing. The fuse-monitoring device may send a notification to the utility provider indicating that the fuse holder has swung open. The fuse-monitoring device may include a GPS sensor to determine the location of the fuse cutout, and may also notify the utility provider of the location of the fuse cutout so a line crew can quickly locate the fuse cutout that requires maintenance.
