Abstract: A payload device capable of attaching to a host-bicycle and carrying a payload-bicycle or other cargo objects includes a back-section, a base, payload-securing components, and mounting-components. The back-section includes a vertically extending structure and the base includes a horizontally extending structure, and a bottom edge of the back-section is adjacent to a back edge of the base. The base has an elongated opening shaped and dimensioned to accommodate a wheel of the payload bicycle. The payload-securing components are capable of removably attaching the wheel of the payload bicycle or other cargo objects to the back-section. The mounting components are capable of removably attaching the payload device to the host bicycle.
