  • Publication number: 20190096015
Abstract: Systems and methods for provisioning at a management platform system for a user of the platform system. A user device stores a provisioning request for an asset system, and the asset system stores an OATH token of the user for use of the platform system. The platform system includes a REST API to communicate with a plurality of asset systems via the Internet, and an interface to communicate notifications to a plurality of user devices via the Internet based on information received by the platform system from a plurality of external provider systems via the Internet. The user device provides the provisioning request to the asset system to control the asset system to use the OATH token to request the platform system to provide an assessment notification and a utility notification to the user device via the Internet.

  • Publication number: 20180225785
Abstract: Systems and methods for managing property information. A list of accounts is accessed from a service provider system. User selection of an account is selected from the list of accounts. Tenant rent data is received for a property address. Property information is stored with user account information for an account of the platform system, an identifier of the service provider account, access information for the service provider system, and the tenant rent data. The property information includes the property address. Additional information for the property address is monitored. A notification for the property address is generated based on the accessed additional information. The additional information includes transaction information for the service provider account accessed from the service provider system, property data for the property address accessed from a property database system, and listing information accessed from a listing database for a location of the property address.

  • Patent number: 7606252
Abstract: Systems and methods of processing incoming data provide for receiving incoming data and determining whether to employ stateless routing of the incoming data based on one or more destination hosts associated with the incoming data. In one approach, stateless routing involves storing the incoming data only in volatile memory and withholding confirmation of receipt of the incoming data until confirmation of delivery is received from either the destination host or a downstream router. The determination as to whether stateless routing should be employed can take into consideration historical data for the destination host as well as control data. The determination can also be based on the number of destination hosts.
