  • Patent number: 11955117
Abstract: A system and method are provided for analyzing and reacting to interactions between entities using electronic communication channels. The method includes receiving, via the communications module, data captured from a conversational exchange between a first entity communicating with a second entity using an electronic communication channel. The method also includes analyzing the captured data to detect an indication that the first entity is or was distracted during the conversational exchange, is or was disinterested in a portion of the conversational exchange or missed the portion of the conversational exchange. The method also includes determining based on the indication an action to address the distraction during, disinterest in, or missing of, the portion of the conversational exchange; and providing, via the communications module, an automated message to at least one of the first entity and the second entity for executing the action.

  • Patent number: 11954016
Abstract: The disclosed technology teaches rejecting, during validation, a sequence of components intended for interacting with a user. Included are providing a sequence setup GUI supporting construction of an executable sequence by connecting at least five components in a directed graph, and tracing multiple paths through the directed graph, including from at least one conditional branch at a first up-chain component, in which down-chain components accept as input and depend on output from at least one up-chain component, referred to as input chain dependencies. Also included are locating at least one error in use of a particular down-chain component when invoked following one of the multiple paths, where the error results from failure to satisfy any of the input chain dependencies of the particular down-chain component, and reporting the error during validation to a user of the GUI, before passing the sequence of components from validation to use in production.

  • Patent number: 11956187
Abstract: A company may implement automated workflows for convenience of users or to reduce support costs. For example, allowing a user to change an address using an automated workflow may be faster or less expensive than with a human agent. In some instances, a first communications session may be started between a first user and a second user. During the first communications session, one or more communications may be processed to select an intent of the first user and a value of an information item communicated by the first user. An automated workflow may be selected to continue assisting the first user, and the first user may be transferred to a second communications session with the automated workflow. The automated workflow may be initialized with the value of the information item that was provided during the first communications session so that the first user does not need to repeat information.

  • Patent number: 11955116
Abstract: Content is organized for brands by selecting a plurality of brand templates. After each selection, a set of properties is generated by applying a portion of settings of the respective brand template, with the remaining settings being overridden with settings for a channel communicating one of a plurality of presentations to a node of a network involved in the communication. The plurality of presentations may include different renditions of the same content. The properties may include sections configured for different focus areas and/or types of content associated with at tags to enable brand-level-targeting. Filters may be identified in the properties. Based on each of the identifications, a property from among the generated sets of properties may be selected based on comparisons with the associated tags.

  • Patent number: 11947518
Abstract: A system for maintaining consistency of a data value using a probability includes an interface and a processor. The interface is configured to receive a data value for storing. The processor is configured to store the data value in a data element of a data structure and determine, using an adaptive filter, a probability of certainty associated with the data value. The probability of certainty associated with the data value depends on a time since the data value was updated. The adaptive filter provides as output the probability of certainty and store the probability of certainty associated with the data value in the data structure.

  • Publication number: 20240103440
Abstract: A method for producing holograms with a multiplicity of holographic prescriptions from a single master is provided. A multiplicity of holographic substrates each containing a first hologram is stacked on a second holographic recording medium substrate. The first hologram is designed to diffract light from a first direction into a second direction. When expose to illumination from the first direction zero order and diffracted light from each first hologram interfere in the second holographic recording medium substrate forming a second hologram. The second hologram is then copied into a third holographic recording medium substrate to provide the final copy hologram.

  • Patent number: 11941552
Abstract: Systems and methods for optimization-based travel itinerary planning utilizing a multiattribute travel booking platform are described herein. The system has a database, a scheduler, a parser, and a processor. The database stores a travel lexicon having attribute names, a travel taxonomy having look-up tables, and user preferences for a user related to travel attributes. The scheduler instantiates the travel attributes in terms of the travel lexicon and indexes them, searches for feasible travel itineraries, and transmits an optimal travel itinerary. The parser parses the travel-related query and ascertains a relevant attribute set, which produces attribute values. The processor receives a travel-related query from a user device, receives the user preferences from the database, ranks and weights the attribute values, associates values to the feasible travel itineraries, scores the feasible travel itineraries, and selects the optimal travel itinerary.
