  • Patent number: 11974679
Abstract: Food orders are divided into components or tasks. Systems and methods of food order preparation communicate instructions for automated actions to devices to carry out the automated actions. A toaster operates to toast a bun according to toaster settings. A bun magazine operates to deliver a bun into the toaster. A condiment dispenser receives the bun from the toaster and operates to dispense at least one portion of at least one condiment onto the bun.

  • Patent number: 11975436
Abstract: A power tool includes a housing, a motor supported by the housing, and an output spindle rotatably supported relative to the housing about an axis. The motor is operable to drive the output spindle about the axis. The power tool includes a spindle lock assembly between the motor and the output spindle. The spindle lock assembly is adjustable between an unlocked state in which the output spindle is rotatable relative to the housing about the axis and a locked state in which the output spindle is rotationally fixed relative to the housing. The spindle lock assembly includes a first resilient member, positioned between the housing and the output spindle. The first resilient member is configured to at least partially absorb a torque impulse from the output spindle when rotating in a first direction and when the spindle lock assembly transitions from the unlocked state to the locked state.

  • Publication number: 20240114043
Abstract: A method protects a computer asset by identifying a particular signature, which is software that causes a particular gateway to block an intrusion from reaching a particular computer asset, and installs the particular signature on the particular gateway, thus protecting the computer asset from the intrusion.

  • Publication number: 20240067455
Abstract: A part registration system for registering one or more parts relative to a robot having a robotic arm that defines a plane of optimal reach at a vertical position is provided. The part registration system includes a tray support rack, a tray support shelf and a tray transfer arrangement. The tray support rack is configured to support a plurality of trays for holding one or more parts. The tray support rack has a plurality of tray support regions in which one or more trays may be supported. The plurality of tray support regions are at different vertical positions. The tray support shelf is vertically adjustable relative to the tray support rack. The tray transfer arrangement transfers the trays between the tray support rack and the tray support shelf. Methods are also provided.

  • Patent number: 11703740
Abstract: When filming a scene, the focal distance of the video camera is often controlled remotely, and can be switched between manual and autofocus modes. To overcome sudden movements in the lens upon reverting to manual mode, and to avoid disrupting a user's grip on the manual control during autofocus, the traditional distance ring indicator is split into separate controller and indicator components. The controller permits manual input, while the indicator tracks the desired distance. In manual mode, the controller and indicator move in unison. In autofocus mode, the indicator tracks a rangefinder input but the controller is not moved. In a hybrid mode, the controller offsets the rangefinder input. In all cases, the position of the lens moves with the indicator.

  • Patent number: 10490291
Abstract: A memory check ASIC for fuzes and safety and arming (S&A) devices. The memory check ASIC may comprise: an ASIC, data line, clock line, shutdown line, and reset line. The ASIC may operatively couple to a microcontroller having a flash-based memory and may comprise: a digital logic for verifying a calculated checksum based on contents of the flash-based memory. A clock signal along with the calculated checksum may be transmitted to the ASIC via the clock line and data line, respectively. A shutdown signal may be transmitted from the ASIC to the microcontroller via the shutdown line in response to the verification of the calculated checksum by the digital logic. A reset signal may synchronize sampling of the calculated checksum and may be latched by flip-flop circuits of the digital logic for a predetermined number of clock cycles.
