  • Patent number: 11972987
Abstract: A machine learning model for each die for imputing process control parameters at the die. The model is based on wafer sort parametric measurements at multiple test sites across the entire wafer, as well as yield results for the wafer. This allows for a better analysis of outlier spatial patterns leading to improved yield results.

  • Publication number: 20230165278
Abstract: Disclosed is a composition comprising an effective amount of a dietary metal and a coordinating ligand, wherein the dietary metal is provided as a cationic complex and/or as an anionic complex and wherein the coordinating ligand coordinates the dietary metal cationic complex and/or the dietary metal anionic complex. The composition is used to deliver a dietary metal to a subject in need thereof by administering the composition to the subject, optionally perorally. Examples of the dietary metal include zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), magnesium (Mg), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), cobalt (Co) and combinations thereof. In a particular example, the coordinating ligand comprises cellulose.

  • Publication number: 20220394327
Abstract: A Unified Content Delivery Network system (UCDN) system which is formed from a network of one or more inter-operable Peer networks. A hierarchical hybrid adaptive Secure Peer-Assisted Networking System (termed SPAN-AI),using a hierarchical AI driven approach under a unified secure content-addressable architecture which is based on five key SPAN-AI sub systems: unified naming; unified discovery; hybrid adaptive routing; scalable pubsub; and embedded security; all of said five key SPAN-AI sub systems securely integrated and jointly optimized via a hierarchical, pluggable AI framework, with an associated simulation, training, and development pipeline that embeds AI agents with varying degrees of awareness and optimization capabilities at peer, edge, or core or other network levels (hierarchies).

  • Patent number: 11141029
Abstract: A waste burning toilet may operate on power generated from burning waste deposited in the toilet without connection to external electricity, a sewer, or water supply. A dryer connected to the toiled dries the waste prior to burning. The waste may be burnt in a firebox that is connected to the dryer. Heat from the firebox may be used to generate electricity that can power the components of the toilet system. The waste may be reduced to sterile ash.

  • Publication number: 20100322580
Abstract: A fiber optic apparatus, with a panel, having a front and a back and mountable in a chassis is disclosed. The panel has a parking port in the back adapted to removably receive an adapter. The panel also has a connection port in the front adapted to removably receive the adapter. The adapter is selectively movable between the parking port and the connection port. One end of the adapter opens toward the front and another end of the adapter opens toward the back. The adapter is removably received in the parking port, and a connector attached to a fiber optic cable inserts in the end opening toward the back. The adapter then may be moved from the parking port to the connection port and removably received in the connection port. Another connector attached to another fiber optic cable may be inserted in the other end of the adapter opening toward the front.

  • Publication number: 20080063509
Abstract: A clearance control apparatus for controlling the clearance between a rotary assembly (17) and a casing (24) surrounding the rotary assembly (17) is disclosed. The clearance control apparatus comprises a temperature measuring device (34) to measure the temperature of a radially outer portion of the rotary assembly and a cooling arrangement (28) to cool the casing (24). A control system (36) is associated with the temperature measuring device (34) and the cooling arrangement (28) to control the extent of cooling of the casing (24). The extent of cooling is dependent upon the temperature of the aforesaid portion.

  • Publication number: 20070004118
Abstract: A method forms a semiconductor device comprising isolation structures that selectively induce strain into active regions of NMOS and PMOS devices. Form a hard mask layer over a semiconductor body. A resist layer is formed on the hard mask layer that exposes and defines isolation regions. The hard mask layer is patterned and trench regions are formed using the hard mask layer as a mask. An oxide trench liner that induces compressive strain into active regions of the PMOS region is formed within trench regions of the PMOS region. A nitride trench liner that induces tensile strain into active regions of the NMOS region is formed within the NMOS trench regions.
