Abstract: A mount assembly includes a playpen frame, a support frame that can provide support for a bassinet in the playpen frame, and multiple bar segments to provide support for a utility accessory positioned side-by-side relative to the bassinet. The playpen frame includes two first upper side rail assemblies each having a fixed wall, and a second upper side rail assembly connected with the two first upper side rail assemblies. The support frame includes two connectors operable to respectively attach to and detach from the fixed walls. Each connector is formed to include a socket. The two connectors can attach to the fixed walls respectively near a middle of the two first upper side rail assemblies. The bar segments are mountable to the playpen frame, one of the bar segments once mounted to the playpen frame having an end portion resting in contact with the socket of one connector.

Abstract: A changer assembly and a playard are disclosed. The changer assembly is adapted for installation on a skeleton of a playard and includes an attachment base and a changer frame. The attachment base includes a mount structure attached to the skeleton and a guiding structure connected to the mount structure and outwardly extended with respect to a circumferential side of the skeleton. The changer frame is rotatably and slidably connected to the guiding structure and detachably engaging with an upper side of the skeleton for being capable of moving from a first position above the upper side to a second position beside the circumferential side by disengaging from the upper side and rotating on and sliding along the guiding structure. Thereby, the playard equipped with the changer assembly needs no additional space outside the playard for storing the changer frame.

Abstract: An infant playpen apparatus includes a playpen frame having two opposite side frame portions, two rail structures respectively affixed with the two side frame portions, a support platform operable to detachably assemble with the rail structures, and two coupling structures connected with the support platform and operable to respectively assemble with the rail structures. At least one of the coupling structures includes a latch that can lock an assembly of the support platform with the rail structure, and unlock the assembly of the support platform with the rail structure for removing the support assembly from the rail structure. The playpen apparatus can further include a m bassinet held with the playpen frame. The support platform can slide along the rail structures between a first position where the support platform substantially uncovers the bassinet, and a second position where the support platform lies above and substantially overlaps with the bassinet.

Abstract: A changer assembly and a playard are disclosed. The changer assembly is adapted for installation on a skeleton of a playard and includes an attachment base and a changer frame. The attachment base includes a mount structure attached to the skeleton and a guiding structure connected to the mount structure and outwardly extended with respect to a circumferential side of the skeleton. The changer frame is rotatably and slidably connected to the guiding structure and detachably engaging with an upper side of the skeleton for being capable of moving from a first position above the upper side to a second position beside the circumferential side by disengaging from the upper side and rotating on and sliding along the guiding structure. Thereby, the playard equipped with the changer assembly needs no additional space outside the playard for storing the changer frame.

Abstract: A bassinet for mounting on a play yard frame is supported to provide a swinging movement of the bassinet relative to the play yard. The bassinet is suspended from four detachable connector mounts that slide over the upper frame member of the play yard frame by three flexible support members and a single rigid support member that is operatively connected to a motor housed within a motorized connector mount to drive the swinging motion for the bassinet. The movement induced into the bassinet is controlled by the four support members to keep the bottom surface of the bassinet at a horizontal orientation throughout the swinging movement. The bottom board of the play yard is formed in segments which can be reconfigured to fit in the bassinet. The end segment can be folded below the remaining segments, or in the alternative removed, to affect the reconfiguration for the bassinet structure.

Abstract: A handrail structure adapted to a crib comprises a handrail member, a locking mechanism and a first pivoting member. A first pivoting portion of the handrail member is pivotally connected to the locking mechanism by the first pivoting member. A second pivoting portion of the handrail member is pivotally connected to a support member by a second pivoting member. The locking mechanism is capable of selectively locking or releasing the first pivoting portion. The second pivoting portion has an opening formed thereon and the second pivoting member is movably disposed in the opening. The second pivoting member abuts against a first edge of the opening when the locking mechanism locks the first pivoting portion. The handrail member is capable of being rotated with respect to at least one of the locking mechanism and the support member when the second pivoting member abuts against a second edge of the opening.

Abstract: A play yard frame structure includes upper and lower horizontal frame members and vertical frame members with a fabric body that extends over the exterior of the frame structure. The fabric body has fastening tabs that extend from the corners of the fabric body corresponding to the vertical frame members to be passed through openings in the foot members for fastening to the foot members on a surface that is not on the exterior of the frame structure to provide a taut panel that extends around the lower perimeter of the play yard below the lower horizontal frame members. The bassinet structure includes a height adjustment feature that enables the floor surface of the bassinet structure to be positioned selectively at multiple height positions relative to the upper horizontal frame members. In one embodiment, the fabric walls of the bassinet include secondary frame tunnels for supporting the bassinet frame.
