A method comprising: receiving extrinsic data; calculating a probability that a threshold of a fixed risk contract will be met based on the extrinsic data; calculating a margin for a short party of the fixed risk contract based on the probability.

The passenger location means is adapted to determine the position of the transponder by determining the location of the one or more transceiver that have received the transponder signal.
