    Abstract: A pore-filled ion exchange polyelectrolyte composite membrane from which the surface ion exchange polyelectrolyte has been removed and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The ion exchange polyelectrolyte composite membrane exhibits low film resistance and low in-plane-direction swelling degree, and has a smaller film-thickness than a commercial film, and thus, can be used for various purposes. In addition, since the pore-filled ion exchange polyelectrolyte composite membrane is continuously manufactured through a roll-to-roll process, the manufacturing process is simple, and manufacturing costs can be greatly reduced.

    Abstract: Provided is a positive electrode active material which includes an inner region that is a region from the center of the positive electrode active material particle to R/2, and an outer region that is a region from R/2 to the surface of the positive electrode active material particle, wherein R is a distance from the center of the positive electrode active material particle to the surface thereof. The positive electrode active material further includes 25% to 80% of crystallites C with respect to a total number of crystallites in the outer region. The crystallites C have a high crystallite long-axis orientation degree of 0.5 to 1 and a low crystallite c-axis orientation degree less than 0.5. Thus, the positive electrode active material has high capacity characteristics and a small amount of gas generated.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for calibrating a data set of a target analyte in a sample, wherein a normalization coefficient for calibrating the data set is provided by using a reference value, a reference cycle and the data set, and the calibrated data set is obtained by applying the normalization coefficient to the signal values of the data set. The present method is very effective in removing the inter- and intra-instrument signal variations of data sets. Furthermore, since the present method can be configured in software, the instant method is capable of being applied universally to various analytical instruments (e.g., a real-time PCR instrument) regardless of manufacturer. Accordingly, the method by the present invention would be very useful in diagnostic data analysis.
