  • Patent number: 7022009
Abstract: A cleaning system for n semiconductor manufacturing equipment includes a working area and a service area. A wafer process area in the service area performs a semiconductor manufacturing process. A wafer transfer area is spatially connected to the wafer process area, and transfers a wafer from the working area to the wafer process area. An air supply device supplies clean air to the wafer transfer area and the wafer process area. A particle measurer continuously checks for any malfunction or defect of the air supply device, and measures in real time an impurity particle count of the air in the wafer transfer area so as to detect any abnormally high pollution level in the wafer transfer area.

  • Patent number: 6778590
Abstract: A carrier changer and changing method capable of generating a plurality of pseudo carriers by one pseudo carrier generator is provided. In the carrier changer, a pseudo carrier generator selectively generates one of a plurality of forward pseudo carrier signals based on a forward signal by a time division. A forward signal processor receives the forward signal and generates a pseudo carrier generating signal based on the forward signal, and outputs the forward signal and the pseudo carrier signals generated by the pseudo carrier generator. A power amplifier amplifies powers of the forward signal and pseudo carrier signals from the forward signal processor. Since an output of a phase locked loop is generated according to a variable phase locked loop data, pseudo carrier signals having different frequencies can be obtained by one pseudo carrier generator. Since one power amplifier a plurality of pseudo carries signals, additional amplifiers need not being used.

  • Patent number: 6753274
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a stabproof and bulletproof panel. The stabproof and bulletproof panel includes a bulletproof panel 40 and a plurality of stabproof panels 60. The bulletproof panel 40 is comprised of a front plate 45, a plurality of high density polyethylene films 44 stacked with one on top of another for dispersing impact energy, and a rear plate 46 formed by sewing together a plurality of aromatic polyamide woven fabrics for minimizing frictional heat and deformation. The front plate 45 consists of a plurality of aromatic polyamide woven fabrics 41, a felt 50 formed by forcibly inserting thin aromatic polyamide fibers or high density polyethylene fibers 52 and a shock-absorbing member 51 into a scrim woven in the form of a net using aromatic polyamide fibers or high density polyethylene yarn, and a plurality of aromatic polyamide woven fabrics 43. The stabproof panels 60 are brought into tight contact with the front surface of the bulletproof panel 40.

  • Patent number: 6640112
Abstract: A repeating method for a wireless communication system which provides time and space diversities, and an apparatus thereof are disclosed. The method of repeating a forward link communication signal for a wireless communication system includes the steps of: a) transmitting the forward link communication signal through a first transmitting antenna; b) delaying the forward link communication signal for a predetermined time period; and c) transmitting a delayed forward link communication signal which is generated by step b) through a second transmitting antenna. According to the method, when repeating forward and reverse link communication signals, time and space diversities are respectively provided to the base station and the mobile stations.

  • Patent number: 6292652
Abstract: A carrier changing apparatus in a mobile telecommunication system for generating a dummy frequency assignment signal for repeating a frequency conversion or providing a hard hand off based on a traffic signal is provided. In the carrier changing apparatus, a transmitting carrier changer transmits an input forward traffic signal having traffic and overhead information and generates a forward dummy frequency assignment signal based on the forward traffic signal. A receiving carrier changer receives and outputs a reverse traffic signal having traffic and overhead information from a mobile station and generates a delayed reverse traffic signal based on a reverse dummy frequency assignment signal from the mobile station.
