  • Patent number: 11967862
Abstract: In a driving system, first and second inverters are connected to a driving motor, one end of a stator winding through which 3-phase current flows is connected to an output line of the first inverter, and the other end of the stator winding is connected to an output line of the second inverter. A winding pattern of the driving motor includes: coils wound in slots defined in the stator and to which 3-phase current is applied; coils wound on innermost and outermost sides based on a direction toward a rotating shaft of the driving motor in the slots, and being energized by different AC phases; and coils disposed between a first coil located on the outermost side and a second coil located on the innermost side, and being energized by the same AC phases as those of the first and second coils.

  • Patent number: 10308916
Abstract: Provided is an omega-transaminase mutant with improved activity using a point mutation in an active site of an omega-transaminase. Specifically, provided is a method for improving activity and extending a substrate spectrum of omega-transaminase by introducing a point mutation into a wild-type omega-transaminase rendered by replacing tryptophan at position 58 with the other amino acid.

  • Patent number: 9777301
Abstract: Disclosed are methods for producing optically active amino acids and amines. According to the methods, ?-keto acids are generated as reaction intermediates, and as a result, ?-transaminase-catalyzed kinetic resolution of racemic amino acids or amines as racemic amine compounds enables the production of optically active amine compounds without the need to use expensive ?-keto acids as starting materials. Therefore, the optically active amine compounds are produced at greatly reduced costs. In addition, the optically active amine compounds have high enantiomeric excess.

  • Patent number: 9376694
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing an optically active amino acid using cosubstrate shuttling of transaminase. The method includes coupling a reaction of converting a keto acid to an amino acid by ?-transaminase and a reaction of transferring an amino group of an amine substrate by ?-transaminase (TA) using an amino acid cosubstrate. The present disclosure allows production of various optically active amino acids with high purity and high efficiency by solving the low equilibrium constant problem of transaminase and is applicable to production of various optically active amino acids in industrial scale. Since the present disclosure allows easy production of various unnatural amino acids having high reactivity and stability, which are used as pharmaceutical precursors, it can be usefully employed in preparation of pharmaceuticals, food additives and various animal feeds.

  • Publication number: 20090093894
Abstract: A system for managing an Ethernet/IP-based network production system and a control method thereof are disclosed. A production management system, minimizes the loss and negative influences caused by interrupted conventional installations when a new installation is added to the network production system, so that the production management system maximizes the efficiency of production installations. The production management system includes a conventional installation having tag information registered therein, and a control installation additionally registering tag information of a new installation in the conventional installation after the new installation has been added.
