Abstract: There is provided a system and method for providing an application service using image data. One image data processing server collects images (for example, still images and moving images) captured by various kinds of image capturing apparatuses, such as CCTV systems and processes the collected images into data required to provide application services. A plurality of application service servers only provide processed data of the image data processing server without requiring an additional process to a display device of a user. Accordingly, the configuration of each of the application service servers is simplified to thereby reduce manufacturing costs.

Abstract: A security management server includes an input unit for receiving image data from at least one network camera; a control unit for assigning an access authority level to each image data received via the input unit; and a storage unit for storing therein the image data along with the access authority levels assigned by the control unit. When receiving a request for a specific image data among the image data stored in the storage unit from a user having a user access authority level, the control unit compares the user access authority level and the access authority level assigned to the specific image data, and based on comparison result thereof, selectively provides the specific image data to the user.

Abstract: Provided are an apparatus and a method that chooses an object to be preferentially controlled based on an accident risk degree and hazard and controls the chosen object. In the present invention, it is possible to choose and control a ship having high hazard calculated with trajectory prediction, current operation state information, and past history information under a traffic situation in which the ships are concentrated, by priority. The ship having high hazard is chosen by calculating and applying various history information including an accident record, an entry history of an operator, an aging degree history of the ship, and a steering feature history by using a collision risk on a real-time trajectory collision risk and past history information and different warnings are given during a control for each level.

Abstract: An image photographing device of an object tracking system includes: an image recognizing module for collecting image information within a field of view (FOV) region in real time, recognizing occurrence of an event from the collected image information to extract an object contributing to the occurrence of the event, and sensing whether the extracted object is out of the FOV region or not. The device further includes an object tracking module for extracting property of the object from the extracted object to generate metadata, storing the metadata in a database, and providing the metadata stored in the database to ambient image photographing devices based on the sensing result of the image recognizing module.

Abstract: An object tracking method uses a system having an object identifying device and at least one video tracking device, wherein the object identifying device monitors an area to identify an object entering the area and the video tracking device wired/wirelessly connected to the object identifying device monitors the area monitored by the object identifying device. The method includes: extracting, at the object identifying device, object identification information of the object; providing, at the object identifying device, the object identification information to the video tracking device; tracking, at the video tracking device, the object to extract physical information of the object; mapping, at the video tracking device, the physical information to the object identification information to generate object information of the object; and storing, at the video tracking device, the object information in a memory of the video tracking device.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a traffic control apparatus and method. The traffic control apparatus includes a navigation route database (DB) for storing navigation routes of a vehicle for respective navigational situations. A vehicle situation information collection unit collects current navigational situation information of the vehicle. A preferred route extraction unit extracts a preferred navigation route of the vehicle corresponding to the collected current navigational situation information from the navigation route DB. A predicted route estimation unit estimates a predicted navigation route of the vehicle based on the extracted preferred navigation route with to reference to a traveling state of the vehicle.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for masking a privacy area of an image. The method for masking a privacy area of an image includes: detecting a privacy area required to be protected in an image; and performing masking on the image. An important area (a face area of a person, a number plate area of a vehicle, a window area of a house, etc.) detected from an image inputted through a CCTV camera can be effectively and easily encrypted, scrambled, decoded, and descrambled. Also, the position of the important area detected before or after the important area is scrambled can be maintained to be consistent without having to use a metadata file. In addition, a scrambling algorithm of the same key value can be applicable regardless of the size of the important area. As a result, the system efficiency can be enhanced by effectively protecting personal information compared with a CCTV-based video security system.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of traceback and isolation of a high-risk flight data packet and an apparatus for the same. The method of traceback and isolation of a high-risk flight data packet includes monitoring, by a flight data packet monitoring unit, whether a high-risk flight data packet is generated in flight data packets transmitted to a flight data processing apparatus; tracebacking a transfer path for the high-risk flight data packet on a network by a path tracebacking unit when the high-risk flight data packet is generated; and isolating, by an isolation processing unit, a flight data terminal transmitting the high-risk flight data packet to the transfer path from an aeronautical telecommunication network. The present invention can increase the security, reliability, and availability of the air traffic control system and can be performed without stopping the allocation of services to authenticated users of the air traffic control system.

Abstract: A method for processing events in a server for a video surveillance system, includes: when the server detects occurrence of an event, transmitting a collection command to one or more cameras; analyzing specifications of the cameras, determining a set value for functions of cameras capable of processing the event, and transmitting a setting command to cameras; transmitting an execution command to the cameras, and processing and storing video data received from the cameras; and transmitting a completion command to the cameras, and completing the event processing. Each of the cameras including function units for performing different functions includes common frameworks which enable function units to perform the different function in a uniform manner.

The apparatus includes: a data input unit for receiving adaptation data required to provide the air traffic control service; and a file generation unit for generating an adaptation file, which has a form to be transmittable to subsystems and is obtained by generating metadata for being used to check errors in the adaptation data and including the metadata and the adaptation data input through the data input unit therein.
