Abstract: Antibody-mediated rejection (ABMR) is one of the main obstacles to successful transplantation, including ABO blood group-incompatible (ABOi) transplantation. C4d deposition is a marker of ABMR and is also found in most ABOi allograft tissues. Described herein are anti-C4d CAR Tregs that suppress ABMR in ABOi allografts. Anti-C4d CAR Tregs prepared by retroviral transduction of CAR into CD62L +CD4 +CD25 +Tregs, expressed Foxp3, CD25, CTLA-4, LAP, and GITR to similar extents as non-transduced Tregs. Anti-C4d CAR Tregs were activated by specific binding to C4d and suppressed in vitro T cell proliferation as well as non-transduced Tregs. Furthermore, adoptive transfer of anti-C4d CAR Tregs significantly prolonged mouse ABOi heart allograft survival (P<0.05).

A method for providing augmented reality includes transmitting, at a terminal, an image including a target object or supplementary information of the target object, and location information of the terminal to a server; and determining, at the server, whether the target object is recognized, and generating a list of candidate objects based on the supplementary information, if the target object is not recognized.

Abstract: A terminal device stores augmented reality generated by merging an image of an object and attribute information associated with the object. The terminal device, and a method therefor, allow for retrieval of stored augmented reality information about selected objects if the terminal is no longer at a location where the object's image was captured. The terminal device obtains a preference level for the attribute information and displays the attribute information based on the preference levels. Based on usage of the attribute information, the terminal redetermines preference levels for the attribute information. If previously stored augmented reality is requested, the terminal displays the previously stored augmented reality based on the redetermined preference levels.

Abstract: A broadcast transmitter, a broadcast receiver, a method of transmitting a broadcast signal in the broadcast transmitter, and a method of performing reservation-recording of the broadcast signal in the broadcast receiver are provided. The broadcast transmitter transmits broadcast content including reservation-recording information of future broadcast content to be broadcasted in the future. The broadcast receiver extracts the reservation-recording information from the broadcast content, which is currently broadcasted, in response to a user's operation, sets a reservation-recording function, and records the future broadcast content when it is broadcasted afterwards, so that a user can record desired broadcast content at a desired time conveniently in the broadcast receiver with a simple key operation.

Abstract: A system and a method for providing an anti-virus program by using a wireless communication terminal is disclosed. The system includes: the wireless communication terminal storing an anti-virus program and a boot program and transferring the anti-virus program and the boot program to the computer by receiving a request from the computer; and the computer for being booted by recognizing the wireless communication terminal as a master boot device based on a setting of the basic input output system (BIOS), reading the anti-virus program from the wireless communication terminal and performing the anti-virus program.
