The event capture system can identify a wager corresponding to a live event associated with a client device. The event capture system can identify a broadcast receiver device corresponding to the client device. The event capture system can generate recording instructions for the broadcast receiver device that cause the broadcast receiver device to initiate a recording of a broadcast of the live event. The event capture system can transmit the recording instructions to the broadcast receiver device to cause the broadcast receiver device to schedule a recording for the broadcast of the live event.

A first device can provide interface content items corresponding to one or more events for which to generate a data object, and receive, via a user selection, object information identifying an event of the one or more events, one or more object parameters, and a second device identifier identifying a second device of the user. The first device can generate a request to provide the object information to one or more servers, and transmit the request to provide the object information to one or more servers. The request causes the one or more servers to store an entry including the object information, generate a link to the object information, and transmit a message including the link to the second device of the user using the second device identifier.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating a personalized lobby interface based on contest attributes and user attributes for one or more users of a contest management system. The contest management system can generate, execute and maintain a plurality of contests, such as but not limited to, fantasy sports contests. Further, the contest management system can maintain a plurality of user profiles with each of the user profiles associated with at least one user. To provide content and/or recommendations to one or user profiles, the contest management system can create one or more personalized lobbies for each of the user profiles. The personalized lobbies can display one or more contests selected by the contest management system that a user associated with the respective user profile may be interested in based in part on their respective profile attributes and/or contest history.

A display manager can control a display environment including a plurality of display regions and can display content items in the display regions. The display manager can identify an event record placed via a client device located in a display zone corresponding to a display region of the display environment. The event record can correspond to an event associated with at least one of the respective content items. The display manager can determine to change a first content item displayed within the display region or a value of a parameter of the display region. The display manager can modify the display region by replacing the first content item with a second content item corresponding to the event associated with the event record or by adjusting the parameter of the display region.

Abstract: Systems and methods for algorithmically arranging contests in a lobby interface are provided. A contest management system can generate, execute and maintain a plurality of contests, such as but not limited to, fantasy sports contests. Rank values can be assigned to the contests using pacing parameters of the contests and profile attributes of users who participate in the contests. The pacing parameters, such as registration ratios and registration deadlines, can indicate if a particular contest is on pace to meet a registration threshold prior to their respective registration deadline. The contest management system can dynamically update, responsive to receiving a plurality of registrations from a plurality of users, the rank value of one or more contests responsive to a change in a registration ratio of at least one contest and arrange the plurality of contests in a lobby interface based on the updated rank values.

The live event system can transmit instructions to the broadcast provider system, instructions causing the broadcast provider system to communicate with each broadcast receiver device of the subset of broadcast receiver devices and cause each broadcast receiver device of the subset to display a notification identifying the live event.

A system can access an initial schedule for a live broadcast event provided by a broadcast provider computing system, and identify an initial start time for the live broadcast event and a duration for the live broadcast event. The system can receive an update relating to the live broadcast event from a data source. The system can determine that the initial schedule is invalid based on the update, and set a flag for the live broadcast event indicating that the initial schedule has changed. The system can then modify a selection policy for content to display with the live broadcast event responsive to the flag.
