  • Patent number: 9095804
Abstract: The invention relates to a lamellar separator for separating liquid droplets from a liquid-charged fluid, having at least two essentially vertically oriented lamellar profiles, which are spaced apart from one another, and which form a flow channel between them for conducting through the liquid-charged fluid and on the wall surfaces of which the liquid droplets are separated, and having a catch basin situated below the lamellar profiles for receiving the liquid separated from the liquid-charged fluid, the catch basin having at least one partition wall, which divides the catch basin into multiple areas.

  • Publication number: 20130118419
Abstract: A heat exchanger for generating a steam flow for a solar-thermal power plant, including a casing for receiving a casing-side fluid, pipes arranged within the casing for a pipe-side fluid, and a fluid inlet conduit which is connected to an inlet opening for the casing-side fluid and which encloses at least a part of the pipes in such a manner that the fluid inlet conduit is configured as a preheater and/or a flow director for the casing-side fluid entering the casing, wherein heat is transmitted via the pipes from the pipe-side fluid to the casing-side fluid. The casing-side fluid is water, and the pipe-side fluid is a thermal oil or salt.

  • Publication number: 20130112156
Abstract: A heat exchanger erected vertically for generating steam for solar power plants, including: an outer casing with an inlet and an outlet port for a heat-emitting medium; an inlet and an outlet collector for a heat-absorbing medium, said inlet and outlet collectors lying substantially within the outer casing; and a tube bundle within the outer casing with a number of tube layers including continuous tubes, wherein the heat-emitting medium can flow entirely around same and which are designed as flow paths for the heat-absorbing medium from the inlet collector to the outlet collector. The tube bundle is arranged in a meandering manner, wherein the heat exchanger is arranged according to a forced-flow principle so that the heat-absorbing medium is successively pre-heated, evaporated, and superheated so that a superheated steam exits the outlet collector.
