Abstract: Banded hearing protector that includes two hearing protecting bodies of soft, sound attenuating material and a headband including a central part having two ends and headband shanks having angled ends. Each angled end may support one of the two hearing protecting bodies. The banded hearing protector may also include a hinge that swingably couples each of the headband shanks to the central part and each of the two hearing protecting bodies may include a convexly curved contact surface positioned opposite the angled ends.

Abstract: An earplug made of an elastic polymeric material, preferably a thermoplastic elastomeric material, and a method for manufacturing the same. The earplug is multi-material-injection moulded with a core or body part (1) and a sealing part (3), the latter being made of an essentially softer material than the core or body part (1). The material of the sealing part has a Shore A Durometer hardness of preferably between about 2 and about 6.

Abstract: A box for keeping earplugs, including a container part, a lid attached to the container part for closing the container, and elements for attachment and suspension of the box to clothes, a nail or the like. The lid is self-closing by provision of a springing action, and the lid is provided with a protrusion for snap-in locking cooperation with a corresponding indent inside the container part. The attachment element includes a clip having two parts which are flexible in relation to each other in order for a portion of an article, to which the box is intended to be attached, such as a belt, the cloth of a garment, a button, etc., to be inserted between the two flexible parts. The suspension element includes a loop attached to the box.
