  • Patent number: 11459056
Abstract: A headset assembly system for a bicycle is provided having a handlebar stem (1), radially fastenable by tightening to a fork tube (2), rotatable by headset bearings (7) with respect to a head tube (3) wherein the headset bearings are fastened (7); a retaining flange (4), radially fastenable by tightening to the fork tube (2); a thrust ring (5), axially movable along the fork tube (2); such that the retaining flange (4) and the thrust ring (5) are configured to contact each other by a ramp (6) which relates a rotation with a movement relative to each other; the thrust ring (5) is arranged such that, when the thrust ring (5) is rotated around the fork tube (2) with the retaining flange (4) fastened to the fork tube (2), the thrust ring (5) moves with respect to the retaining flange (4) pushing the stem (1) against the headset bearings (7).

  • Publication number: 20190322332
Abstract: A coupling between an electric battery and an electric bicycle frame is provided, the type of coupling in which the electric battery is introduced in a housing of a diagonal tube of the electric bicycle frame, wherein the electric battery has on at least one of the small faces thereof a conical shape in reciprocal correspondence to a conical shape that at least one of the small faces of the housing has, such that by introducing the electric battery in the housing, the small faces with a conical shape come into reciprocal correspondence, establishing a dovetail coupling between the electric battery and the diagonal tube of the bicycle frame housing the same, the electric bicycle having the coupling and coupling process of the electric battery and the corresponding diagonal tube of the bicycle frame.

  • Patent number: 9963186
Abstract: Allows a convenient, simple and compact folding, without requiring to remove any of the wheels, while occupying a minimal space in its maximum folded position. The folding bicycle (1) of the invention is characterized in that: the bar (11) has two articulation points (F1, F2), where each of said articulation points (F1, F2) has its own axis of rotation (A1, A2); the folding means comprise a pair of hinged attachments (110A, 110B), integrated in the bar (11) and connected to each of the articulation points (F1, F2); and where the pair of hinged attachments (110A, 110B) are separated from each other by a distance (D) in the longitudinal sense of the bar (11), at a position opposite to and facing each other.
