Abstract: A device for compensating for tolerances between two components to be connected to one another is provided. The device may have at least one base member, a compensating member which is in thread engagement with the base member. The compensating member can be moved from a starting position into a compensating position by rotating relative to the base member. The device may also have a spacer member that may be arranged on the base member.
