    Abstract: A baking device for producing baked goods, in particular for producing filled baked goods, includes baking presses that can be swung open and closed, can be moved from a feeding device through the baking chamber of the oven and to a goods removal device on a continuously moving continuous conveyor that circulates in the longitudinal direction of the oven. The baking presses have a lower baking mold and an upper baking mold, each movable between open and closed positions about a baking-press axis. The baking presses are connected to the continuous conveyor by releasable mechanical connections. The baking device also has a baking-press removal station at at least one point of the continuous conveyor, at which baking-press removal station baking presses can be removed and reattached. The removal and redelivery of the baking presses are performed on the continuously moving continuous conveyor.

In the frame of the device there is provided at least one crimping device which revolves along a circular orbit which is configured as a mechanically actuatable tongs and separates the wafer tubes into pillow-shaped hollow bodies. A horizontally disposed rotatable mounting is provided in the frame of the device which contains the crimping device configured as tongs and moves this along the circular orbit from an upper receiving position provided for receiving the wafer tubes to a lower dispensing position provided for dispensing the pillow-shaped hollow bodies.

    Abstract: A mixing apparatus has a mixing container disposed in the upper part of the mixing apparatus, preferably standing on a frame, which is open towards the top. The mixing container includes a single-shaft agitator disposed in the lower part of the mixing apparatus. The agitator has a vertically disposed agitator shaft to which is fastened an agitating tool configured as a rotor body which is disposed in the mixing container just above the container base. The single-shaft agitator is a statorless agitator and the rotor body fastened to the agitator shaft is surrounded by an external free space between the rotor body and the container wall of the mixing container. The upper roller is driven rotationally about a first axis of rotation and the lower roller is driven rotationally about a second axis of rotation. The direction of rotation of the upper roller is opposite to the direction of rotation of the lower roller. A roll nip is formed between the upper roller and the lower roller for guiding therethrough and rolling out the dough sheet.
