Abstract: The invention relates to a puncturing instrument which comprises a puncturing tube and a conforming puncture instrument. A channel-like prick incision lance 5 projecting out of the puncturing tube 2 serves as the puncture instrument. The puncturing tube 2 has at the lower end a pipe bend section 14 which forms a displacement section in the form of a ship's bow. Through this design the puncturing instrument 1 receives a puncturing end which has the action of a puncturing point or puncturing needle. Punching out of the tissue during puncturing is prevented and the manipulation resistance is reduced.

Abstract: A needle type probe having a displacement surface acting as a bridge which extends across the aperture into the lumen of the needle. The displacement surface defines two approximately equal lateral openings on either side of the bridge and acts to displace and stretch the skin about the needle shank. A holder for the needle type probe is provided which comprises a sleeve which is pushed over the shank of the needle with a force fit, the sleeve having a stopper portion at the end towards the needle point and a holder plate rotatably mounted on the sleeve by means of a collar which is fit over the sleeve. The stopper portion and the front edge of the holder plate collar each have a serrated surface for selectively restricting rotational movement of the collar relative to the sleeve and needle shank.

Abstract: Medical bag arrangement (10, 70) comprising a first bag chamber (12, 72) and a second bag chamber (14, 74), the first bag chamber (12, 72) being filled with a flushing liquid. From the first bag chamber (12, 72) an outlet line (80) branches and an inlet line (86) opens into the second bag chamber (74). Furthermore, from the inlet line (86) to the first bag chamber (72) an overflow line (92) leads into which a pressure control valve (94) is connected.
