  • Publication number: 20190048980
Abstract: The invention relates a linear pull-out unit (1), in particular for a robot (5), having at least one telescopic pull-out (5), which has at least one guide rail (2, 3) and at least one lift truck (4, 5, 6), wherein the guide rail (2; 3) and the lift truck (4, 5; 6) are displaceably arranged relative to one another in a direction of displacement (x). In order to achieve long stroke lengths with the shortest possible overall length, while ensuring precise and reliable guidance and enabling low-failure operation, the telescopic pull-out (5) is designed in three stages, wherein the first stage (9) has a first guide rail (2), the second stage (10) a second guide rail (3) and the third stage (11) a third lift truck (6).

  • Publication number: 20080284116
Abstract: An apparatus for chucking workpieces (13; 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d, 13e, 13f, 13g, 13h, 13i, 13j) on a machining center (1) includes a base plate (22) having a holding fixture for a clamping jaw (10) of the machining center (1) and at least one clamping surface protruding upwardly from the base plate (22) in the used position and including a plurality of workpiece holding fixtures. An improved possibility for use can be achieved in such a way that the clamping surface is arranged in an integral manner with the base plate (22).

  • Publication number: 20080070767
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for loading and unloading a machine tool with tools, the tools being stored in a tool store and being transported via a manipulation device, which is particularly movable along multiple axes, to a transfer position on the machine tool or in the machine tool and being removed therefrom after use, the tools being transported by a gripper device along at least one path in a first main movement direction and in at least one travel lane, which is formed by two rows spaced apart from one another and is inclined to the main movement direction. To shorten the tool changing times, a gripper device of the manipulation device is moved between a loading and unloading position of the tool along at least one continuously running, at least partially curved path.

  • Publication number: 20070184954
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and system for loading tools (3, 3?) in and unloading them from a machine tool (5), whereby the tools (3, 3?) are removed from a magazine (1), transferred to an intermediate storage (11) and supplied from said intermediate storage (11) to the machine tool (5). The inventive method is characterized in that the tools (3, 3?), during transfer to the machine tool (5), are simultaneously removed from the intermediate storage (11) and the machine tool (5) or inserted into the same. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method.

  • Patent number: 5792352
Abstract: A disc filter for separation of liquids from suspensions, in particular fiber stock suspensions, having several filter elements, in particular sector-shaped filter elements, which have a frame and filter areas mounted on both sides, over which a filter medium is mounted, with the filter areas having a lower-lying and higher-lying sections that form area filtrate channels, and having a center core which is provided with core filtrate channels. The filter elements contain collecting channels that receive and collect filtrate flow from the area filtrate channels formed by the lower-lying and higher-lying sections for delivery of the collected filtrate.

  • Patent number: 5383608
Abstract: Apparatus and method for the mechanical refining of high consistency lignocellulosic feed material in a frustroconical refining zone, by facilitating the backflow of steam generated in the refining zone through the upstream feed zone which, despite the backflow of steam, imparts outward force on the feed material sufficient for the material to enter the refining zone and pass therethrough, without blockage or flow interruption. This is accomplished by providing, immediately upstream of the frustroconical refining zone (46), a hybrid feed/grinding zone (104), which acts on the wood chips with relatively high refining intensity at low refining power, so as to reduce the size of the material and outwardly convey the material by centrifugal force into the frustroconical refining zone against the backflowing steam, but without generating steam in the hybrid zone.
