The second connector portion includes a first shutter and a second shutter positioned on an outer surface of the second connector portion. Each of the first shutter and the second shutter are configured to receive the first contact member and the second contact member, respectively. Each of the first and second shutters pivot about an axis in response to receiving the first contact member and the second contact member, respectively, to enable the first connector portion to mate with the second connector portion.

An offset distance between the first tab and the second tab may be less than about half of a height of the first tab. The first tab may be disposed such that upon connection of the electrical terminal with a circuit board, the first tab contacts a surface of the circuit board. The second tab may be disposed such that upon connection of the electrical terminal with said circuit board, the second tab does not contact the circuit board.

A busbar is oriented in the housing in electrical communication with the PCB. The busbar has a conductive tab with an aperture formed therethrough. One of the pair of studs is received within the aperture and the contact tab is in electrical communication with one of the first contact surface and the second contact surface.
