Abstract: A curtain system is described which includes a curtain having a plurality of rod engaging members attached thereto, a plurality of rods each having a first end, and a curtain release mechanism attached to the rod at the first end thereof. The rod engaging members each includes a stem having a first end and a second end and a yoke extending from the first end of the stem. The curtain release mechanisms have a slot formed therein and extending therethrough and also include a user operable mechanism for retention of the yoke upon insertion into the slot. The user operable mechanism is further operable for substantially simultaneous release of the yokes and therefore the curtain from the curtain release mechanisms.

Abstract: A privacy curtain system is described that includes a curtain having a plurality of curtain release mechanisms attached thereto, the curtain release mechanisms each having a rod engaging member extending therefrom. The system also includes a plurality of rods each comprising a lower hooking member configured to engage one of the rod engaging members. The curtain release mechanisms are operable to cause a portion of each rod engaging member to release from the respective curtain release mechanism.

Abstract: A shelving apparatus is disclosed which includes a mounting frame configured for attachment to a surface and a plurality of holding shelves. The mounting frame includes a plurality of mounting holes formed therethrough and the plurality of holding shelves are configured to engage the mounting holes. The holding shelves area separately mountable to the mounting frame vertically opposed to one another such that an item inserted between the holding shelves is engaged by the holding shelves.

Abstract: A container holding unit includes a wall mountable bracket and a drip container bracket. The wall mountable bracket includes a mounting portion, a container holding portion extending from the mounting portion configured to substantially surround a portion of a container while allowing a dispensing tip of a container to pass through, and a plurality of container engaging slats extending inward from the container holding portion. The drip container bracket includes a back section configured to engage the wall mountable bracket and a drip container extending from a bottom of the back section. The drip container further includes a depression formed therein.

Abstract: A hair washing shower cap and method of manufacture comprising a flexible exterior material laminated with an absorbent interior material and a non-rinse solution on said interior material. The device having an elastic periphery which is capable of elastically constricting about a user's head during use. The device further allows a user to massage the exterior material and easily transfer said massage through said interior material and onto a user's hair or scalp.
