Patent number: 11680394Abstract: A mounting bracket for a hydrant that is fully concealed by the hydrant head. The mounting bracket is fastened to the structure and includes tabs which engage the hydrant head to tightly secure the hydrant to the structure. The hydrant head includes a structure engaging periphery such that the mounting screws are fully concealed and protected from the environment.Type: GrantFiled: March 1, 2021Date of Patent: June 20, 2023Assignee: Prier Products, Inc.Inventors: Joseph E. Poskin, Scott P. Brady, William C. Seitter

Patent number: 11448325Abstract: A sillcock with one or more side inlets, which allow the sillcock to be mounted directly to a wall or other structure without additional fittings such as an elbow or tee. The sillcock may include an integral stop to allow the sillcock to be shut off and serviced without shutting off the entire system. Multiple inlets allow the sillcock to be used in a system of sillcocks coupled or ganged together in a water system.Type: GrantFiled: March 11, 2021Date of Patent: September 20, 2022Assignee: Prier Products, Inc.Inventors: Scott P. Brady, Sarah Schlager, Joseph E. Poskin

Patent number: 11359357Abstract: A freezeless outdoor shower assembly that is self-draining to prevent freezing and damage to the assembly when the assembly is exposed to cold and freezing weather. The assembly includes a riser coupled to a self-draining riser coupler assembly which drains water from the assembly when water from a water source it turned off. Preferably the freezeless outdoor shower assembled is coupled to an outdoor freezeless hydrant providing hot and cold water.Type: GrantFiled: October 21, 2020Date of Patent: June 14, 2022Assignee: Prier Products, Inc.Inventors: Scott P. Brady, William C. Seitter, Joseph E. Poskin

Patent number: 11035106Abstract: A fully serviceable frost proof mixing hydrant for supplying water at various temperatures to the exterior of a building. The mixing hydrant includes hot and cold water inlets and a chamber in which the water is mixed based on the position of a cammed wheel acting on a pair of poppets. These poppets act as temperature regulators and check valves to prevent cross-flow leakage and/or contamination. The mixing hydrant includes an inside tube or flow sleeve for delivery of water to an outside body tube in communication with a spout on the head of the hydrant. The flow from the inside tube to the outside body tube reduces turbulence and provides a better outlet flow from the spout. Flow control and temperature control are independent allowing the user to set the flow as desired then adjust the temperature as desired without affecting the flow.Type: GrantFiled: April 15, 2019Date of Patent: June 15, 2021Assignee: Prier Products, Inc.Inventors: William C. Seitter, Scott P. Brady, Joseph E. Poskin
