Abstract: An apparatus to package an electronic device. The apparatus includes a composite plastic package that is durable to environmental conditions. In particular, a mold process to produce a plastic composite material package and support an electronic component inserted therein. At least one injection nozzle supplies a specified level of plastic composite material into the mold to produce a substantially hermetically sealed package. A multi-patch antenna provides increased receiver sensitivity. An inductive battery power option provides a user flexibility to charge a tracking device and communicate near-field signals and energy with a tracking monitoring station.

Abstract: A method for providing a wireless telephone service includes providing a wireless handset having an associated telephone number, and a dedicated programmable wireless switch coupled to a public switched telephone network and a billing server. The handset communicates with the switch to place and receive calls to and from selected telephone numbers on respective ones of a secured list, and optionally, a dependent list. Two billing accounts are associated with the handset, a secured account having a password and the telephone numbers of the secured list associated with it, and a dependent account having a password and the telephone numbers of the dependent list, if any, associated with it. Completed incoming calls to or from the handset in which the telephone number of the caller or the number being called corresponds to a number of the secured and dependent lists are debited to the secured and dependent accounts, respectively, and calls to and from other numbers are billed to the dependent account.

Abstract: A system and method for a communication apparatus to provide advanced features such as communication channel mobility, billing options for communication charges (for instance reverse billing), and definable accessibility controls. A subscriber apparatus (for instance a wireless communication apparatus) includes pager (such as a page phone) or radiotelephone functions. A caller calls the subscriber apparatus. The caller gains two-way communication with the subscriber apparatus. The subscriber apparatus may include a radio frequency power level monitor to control movement of a communication channel of the subscriber apparatus from a first communication system (for instance a regular cellular system) to a second communication system (for instance a local loop).

The system utilizes a subscriber apparatus having pager or radiotelephone functions whereby a caller may call the apparatus and gain direct two-way communication with the subscriber. The caller is billed for the communication. A call receiving pager apparatus, system and method which enables two-way text messaging as well as the storage, retrieval, and recall of telephone numbers making calls to the pager apparatus where the recalls are made by way of sending a data package to the stored caller number is described. The subscriber is unable to initiate any real time two-way communication with the outgoing connection.

Abstract: A complete, facile to use and operate telephone apparatus (10) for use with a communications system including a toll charge telephone system (104). The apparatus is a simplified telephone receiver with no keypad to allow only incoming calls to be received 5 thereon. The system includes a communications system connected to a toll charge telephonic system whereby incoming calls charged only to a caller, at a reduced rate, may be processed. The device is adapted to only receive incoming telephone calls and to transmit radiotelephone signals upon receipt of such a call.

Abstract: A disposable collapsible chair is formed by joining opposing ends of a sheet of material to form a continuous loop, forming a plurality of panels, each of which is a side of the chair. A plurality of the portions of the bottom part of the panels fold inside of the continuous loop to define legs of the chair. A portion of the front panel folds onto the top of the legs to form a seat. Side panels form the arm rests, and a back panel forms a back rest. The various panels and fold lines may be preformed and cut from a substantially rectangular sheet.
