Abstract: A vertically and horizontally adjustable bedside organizer for organizing, storing, and accessing any items that could be found in and around a bed. The two supporting components, the horizontal base plate and adjustable vertical plate, are attached together and simultaneously adjusted to desired height. The cloth pocket organizer is attached to the top of the adjustable vertical plate by lowering the sleeve opening over the top of the adjusting vertical plate with the sleeve side facing the inside of the adjustable vertical plate. The sleeve can be reversed and face the outside of the assembly depending on the needs of the user. The assembled organizer can be installed and uninstalled by grabbing the mattress at the desired horizontal/lateral position and slightly lifting the bottom edge of the mattress enough to allow the horizontal base plate to slide under the mattress.
