  • Publication number: 20240070577
Abstract: The online concierge system generates task units based on orders and assigns batches of task units to pickers. The online concierge system generates task units based on received orders. The online concierge system generates permutations of these task units to generate candidate sets of task batches. The online concierge system scores each of these candidate sets, and selects a set of task batches to assign to pickers based on the scores. Additionally, to determine which task UI to display to the picker, the picker client device uses a UI state machine. The UI state machine is a state machine where each state corresponds to a task UI to display on the picker client device. The state transitions between the UI states of the UI state machine indicate which UI state to transition to from a current UI state based on the next task unit in the received task batch.

  • Publication number: 20240017493
Abstract: Techniques are described for consistently moving powder from a hopper into a trough for subsequent delivery into a build area of an additive fabrication system. A powder delivery apparatus may comprise a hopper, a trough, and a doser. The doser may be configured to rotate about an axis and may include a recess that, when the doser is rotated about the axis, travels into and out of the hopper and into and out of the trough. As a result, when powder is present in the hopper, the recess may carry powder from the hopper to the trough when the doser rotates. The trough and doser may be configured so that when the trough contains the desired amount of powder for recoating, the doser does not transfer additional material from the hopper into the trough. As a result, the amount of powder in the trough may be self-regulating.

Exemplary remote power supply systems may include one or more exportable power outlet boxes that include electrical power outlets for connecting the auxiliary devices. The electrical power outlets may be powered by a generator system of the vehicle. A retractable power extension cord may be connected to one or more of the electrical power outlets for repositioning the electrical power outlets at a distance away from the vehicle. Users may also supply their own extension cord, in which case a human machine interface of the system may allow the users to enter extension cord-related parameters. A control module of the system may determine a maximum recommended power limit of the extension cord based on known cord-related parameters. The control module may further issue alerts or power shutdown commands when certain extension cord overload or overtemperature conditions exist.

The pod is a single serving edible and dissolvable pod configured to dissolve in water or other liquids. The pod includes a dissolvable film of food grade ingredients that dissolve quickly in hot or cold water. When the film from the pod dissolves in the water, then the supplement is free to mix with the water to create a nutritional beverage designed for post workouts. The pod is formed with a lower panel forming a cavity for receiving the powder and covered by an upper panel. The powder defines a Ph sufficient to prevent degradation of the film.

  • Publication number: 20230335217
Abstract: Disclosed is a configuration for determining a genotyping label composition of a target individual using direct acyclic paths. The configuration includes receiving a phased genotype of the target individual, including a first haplotype and a second haplotype. The configuration initiates a full-ethnicity hidden Markov model (HMM) including nodes with a set of ethnicity labels. The first haplotype is input to determine a first subset of ethnicity labels that match the first haplotype. The second haplotype is input to determine a second subset of ethnicity labels that match the second haplotype. The first and second subsets of ethnicity labels are combined to create a candidate subset of ethnicity labels for the target individual. The configuration initiates a simplified HMM with nodes from the candidate subset of ethnicity labels. The phased genotype of the target individual is input to the simplified HMM to determine genotyping label composition of the target individual.

  • Publication number: 20230311419
Abstract: Techniques are described for consistently moving powder from a hopper into a trough for subsequent delivery into a build area of an additive fabrication system. A powder conveyer may be arranged at least partially within the hopper and configured to be actuated to transfer powder to the trough. The powder conveyer may be formed as a screw conveyor, for example. Such techniques do not require complex closed-loop control systems and may be effective irrespective of the flowability of the powder. In at least some cases, there may be no production of excess powder because the amount of powder that is metered into the trough may be precisely controlled to be the amount needed for recoating.

  • Patent number: 11750568
Abstract: Cross domain resource access includes accessing resources in a first domain from a second domain. This may be performed using the methods, system, and devices described herein. This may include maintaining a mapping identifier for a user of a service provider based on user information. The service provider may provide first and second security domains for the user. The mapping identifier may be associated with an endpoint of a private cloud computing service of the first security domain. The may also include receiving, from the first security domain, a request associated with a resource of the second security domain, the request comprising the mapping identifier. This may also include routing the request from the first security domain to the second domain via a first private network link of the first security domain and a second private network link of the second security domain using a confidentiality controlled interface.
