  • Publication number: 20240169120
Abstract: Presented herein are embodiments for automatically generating a multi-fabric design. In one or more embodiments, a multi-fabric design generator system comprises a plurality of generative machine learning models that, given a graph specification for a desired multi-fabric network, generates a set of preliminary graphs. The preliminary graphs may be input into an ensemble model that comprises a reinforcement learning module, which may be trained to select the best components from the various models to create a tailored design according to specific design criteria and customer requirements or constraints. Thus, given a set of desired requirements (e.g., latency, resistance to congestion, cost, scale, bijection, etc.), the multi-fabric design generator system generates a multi-fabric design that fulfills that set of requirements; thereby providing the ability to generate customized designs for each customer based on their requirements (e.g., technical, business, and regulatory).

  • Patent number: 5080386
Abstract: A ball and socket hitch between a towing vehicle and a towed trailer which is self-aligning and self-connecting. The hitch ball is provided with an underlying base supporting an upstanding housing having rearwardly diverging walls which guide the tongue on the towed vehicle to align the ball socket on the tongue with the hitch ball. A slide plate is operatively associated with the base and oriented in a vertically inclined position and has a bifurcated forward end engaging the hitch ball. The slide plate combined with the housing walls guides and lifts the tongue of the towed vehicle upwardly into overlying, aligned relation to the hitch ball. The slide plate pivots to a generally horizontal position as the ball socket on the tongue moves into overlying aligned relation to the hitch ball and then drops downwardly towards the base plate to enable the ball socket to drop downwardly onto and thus be connected with the hitch ball.

  • Patent number: 4881336
Abstract: A display device including a base, to which an upright standard is mounted. A display frame is rotatably mounted on the upright standard to permit rotation of the display frame about a vertical axis. Display support rods are mounted on the display frame for holding multiple groups of display items, such as photographs and the like. By rotation of the display frame, a selected group of the display items may be brought to view. The display support rods are constructed to be removeably inserted in holes in the dependent sheet so as to extend cantilevered therefrom, to permit selected display items to be flipped upwardly to expose the reverse side of the display item being flipped upwardly as well as the front side of the display item next behind the display item being flipped upwardly.

  • Patent number: 4826508
Abstract: In the production of an abrasive member, an apertured mask, preferably formed of a resin such as polyvinyl chloride, is applied to one surface of a length of flexible, preferably electrically conducting fabric. A metal, such as nickel, is electrolytically deposited on the fabric through the apertures in the mask in the presence of abrasive particles. The fabric may be in the form of a conductive mesh, in which case it can be laminated onto a tough backing material. Alternatively, tough backing material, for example made of poly-aramid yarn, can be rendered conductive by coating it with vaporized metal, the metal deposits being formed directly in the coated backing fabric. This process simplifies manufacture and allows production on a continuous basis with greater throughput at lower cost.
