Abstract: An improved tilt truck apparatus is set forth wherein a plastic-like container is removably transportable by an associated cart wherein forward and rear upward terminal edges of the basket are basket with re-enforcing bars to accommodate stresses associated in use with the apparatus. A rearward reenforcing bar is provided with an extension projecting within an overlying lip of said container and formed with a flexible tether line securable to the associated cart to prevent overtipping of the cart wherein a plurality of forwardly adjustable arcuate bars are secured to forwardmost portions of the apparatus to prevent the container from overtipping during an emptying procedure.
