  • Patent number: 11983703
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and system, in FIG. 1, for verifying authenticity of specific personal data responsive to a unique wallet address (70) on a public ledger (66) of an unregulated platform (60). The wallet contains one or more non-transferable NFTs each locked to the wallet and related to specific personal data. The non-transferable NFT was minted from a regulated platform (27) to which there is a record (76) in the public ledger. Supplying the unique address of the wallet to a service supplier affects a log-in of a client (18) to the service supplier (90), whereafter message interactions over a network (12) between the service supplier and the unregulated platform (60) permits searching for a relevant (72) non-transferable NFTs (74) stored in the wallet and related to the specific personal data. Return of any relevant non-transferable NFT related to the personal data thus verifies authenticity of the specific personal data by association with a regulated platform.

  • Patent number: 11977845
Abstract: The invention provides for the evaluation of semantic closeness of a source data file relative to candidate data files. The system includes an artificial neural network and processing intelligence that derives a property vector from extractable measurable properties of a data file. The property vector is mapped to related semantic properties for that same data file and such that, during ANN training, pairwise similarity/dissimilarity in property is mapped, during towards corresponding pairwise semantic similarity/dissimilarity in semantic space to preserve semantic relationships. Based on comparisons between generated property vectors in continuous multi-dimensional property space, the system and method assess, rank, and then recommend and/or filter semantically close or semantically disparate candidate files from a query from a user that includes the data file.

  • Patent number: 11978426
Abstract: A generative composition system reduces existing musical artefacts to constituent elements termed “Form Atoms”. To provide myriad new composition, a set of heuristics ensure that musical textures between concatenated musical sections follow a supplied and defined briefing narrative for the new composition whilst contiguous concatenated Form Atoms are also automatically selected to see that similarities in respective and identified attributes of musical textures for those musical sections are maintained to support maintenance of musical form. Independent aspects of the disclosure further ensure that, within the composition work, such as a media product or a real-time audio stream, chord spacing determination and control practiced to maintain musical sense in the new composition. Further, a structuring of primitive heuristics operates to maintain pitch and permit key transformation.

  • Patent number: 11887568
Abstract: The disclosed generative composition system produces a composition to a briefing that describes a musical journey in emotional descriptions. The composition is assembled from concatenated interchangeable Form Atoms “FAs” selectable by tags aligning emotional descriptions with respective compositional heuristics. Each FA has self-contained constructional properties representative of an historical musical corpus. These heuristics support generation of chords, in chord schemes of musical tonics, achieving an equivalent form function. Each FA also includes chord spacer heuristics that temporally space generated chords across a defined musical window, and a chord list in a local tonic defining branching structures giving options for generating different chords. A progression descriptor, in combination with a form function, expresses musically a question, an answer or a statement, with each FA creating a meta-map of a chord scheme for a musical section.

  • Patent number: 11854519
Abstract: A system is described that permits identified musical phrases or themes to be synchronized and linked into changing real-world events. The achieved synchronization includes a seamless musical transition—achieved using a timing offset, such as relative advancement of an significant musical “onset,” that is inserted to align with a pre-existing but identified music signature, beat or timebase—between potentially disparate pre-identified musical phrases having different emotive themes defined by their respective time signatures, intensities, keys, musical rhythms and/or musical phrasing. The system operates to augment an overall sensory experience of a user in the real world by dynamically changing, re-ordering or repeating and then playing audio themes within the context of what is occurring in the surrounding physical environment, e.g. during different phases of a cardio workout in a step class the music rate and intensity increase during sprint periods and decrease during recovery periods.

  • Publication number: 20230401574
Abstract: The present invention concerns the verification and authentication of independent digital wallets and, particularly, the linking of regulated and unregulated digital wallets on a public blockchain. An unregulated trading system has a public certificate module arranged selectively to write NFTs into specific unregulated accounts. A public ledger database of the blockchain system stores unregulated accounts which each contain: (i) a document type identifier having a related minted unique non-transferable NFT linked to an externally generated certificate hash and where each non-transferable NFT is obtained via writing of a smart contract and each non-transferable NFT is a permanent record for a description of the document type; and (ii) a link to a private wallet of a regulated account of a regulated trading platform. The link relates directly to the minted non-transferable NFT issued from the certificate module.

  • Patent number: 11842710
Abstract: A processor-based method of producing a generative musical composition is disclosed herein. The method includes the step of receiving a briefing narrative which describes a musical journey by referencing a plurality of emotional descriptions related to a plurality of musical sections. The generative musical composition is assembled with regard to the briefing narrative through the selection and concatenation of Form Atoms with tags that align with the emotional descriptions related to the musical sections. The Form Atoms, which have compositional nature aligned with the emotional descriptions and self-contained constructional properties representative of the historical corpus of music, are then selected and substituted into the generative composition.

  • Publication number: 20230274149
Abstract: A property vector representing extractable measurable properties, such as musical properties, of a file is mapped to semantic properties for the file. This is achieved by using artificial neural networks “ANNs” in which weights and biases are trained to align a distance dissimilarity measure in property space for pairwise comparative files back towards a corresponding semantic distance dissimilarity measure in semantic space for those same files. The result is that, once optimised, the ANNs can process any file, parsed with those properties, to identify other files sharing common traits reflective of emotional-perception, thereby rendering a more liable and true-to-life result of similarity/dissimilarity. This contrasts with simply training a neural network to consider extractable measurable properties that, in isolation, do not provide a reliable contextual relationship into the real-world.

  • Publication number: 20230197041
Abstract: A Form Atom defined by self-contained constructional properties representing a historical corpus of music and contained within metadata of the Form Atom is disclosed. The Form Atom has a generative set of heuristics to support generation of a set of chords in a chord scheme or many different sets of chords. The generated chords are spaced out within a defined window of musical time by chord spacer heuristics. The Form Atom has a tag describing its compositional heuristics. A chord list of the Form Atom is provided in local tonic and defines branching structures that may be used for the generation of different chords from the local tonic. A progression descriptor is combined with a form function such that the Form Atom expresses musically a question, an answer and a statement. A meta-map of a chord scheme for a musical section is created from the metadata.

  • Patent number: 11665154
Abstract: The present invention concerns the verification and authentication of independent digital wallets and, particularly, the linking of regulated and unregulated digital wallets when there is established common ownership and a desire to achieve rapid linking of those different accounts supported across disparate platforms for inter-dependent wallet operation. System intelligence (30, 42, 46, 50) makes use of selective scraping of data, in third-party database resources (52, 54), relating to or associated with events or transaction recorded in the public (unregulated) wallet that belong to an initially unknown individual whose identity requires verification for linking purposes. In the event of a verified response to such a randomly generated query, a non-transferrable NFT is generated by the system intelligence (46) of the regulated platform (27) and these non-transferable NFTs are placed within an accessible public ledger (66) as well as the purview of the private ledger (26).

  • Publication number: 20230146658
Abstract: A computer-implemented method of generating a musical composition containing a plurality of musical texture groups is disclosed. The method includes assembling musical texture groups from musical instrument components and associating therewith a tag expressing emotional textural connotation. The instrument components have musical textural classifiers selected from a set of pre-defined textural classifiers such that different instrument components may have a different subset of pre-defined textural classifiers. The textural classifiers within a texture group possess either no musical feature attribute or a single musical feature attribute and any number of musical accompaniment attributes. The method then generates at least one chord scheme to a narrative brief, to provide an emotional connotation to a series of events, the chord scheme generated by selecting and assembling Form Atoms.
