    Abstract: A method for hydrodynamic separation of enantiomorphic crystals such as mono-clinic or tri-clinic crystals as well as other bodies, at least one of which does not possess a center of hydrodynamic resistance, wherein said bodies are caused to move in one direction through a fluid in face contact with a supporting surface whereby lateral separation between crystals or bodies are effected in response to a resultant perpendicular force acting on said crystals or bodies.
