    Abstract: An in-line roller skate comprising an upper chassis (2) on which a boot (1) is fixed, and a lower chassis (4) bearing at least two rollers (5, 6, 7, 8). The upper chassis (2) is articulated onto the lower chassis (4) in the anterior region of the two chassis, within the perimeter of a square (A) which has a side length of 150 mm, which rests on the ground, which contains the front roller (5) and whose anterior vertical side passes just in front of this front roller. The upper chassis is further mounted elastically on the lower chassis. The suspension of the skate is provided without prejudicing the stability and the capacity of the skate for being steered.
