Abstract: A flushable wipe dispenser device holds and dispenses flushable wipes adjacent to a toilet within a bathroom structure. The device includes a box having an open front side. A panel is couplable to the front side of the box. An aperture extends through the panel wherein the interior space of the box is accessible through the aperture. A diaphragm is coupled to and extends across the aperture in the panel. An opening extends through the diaphragm wherein the opening is configured for passing flushable wipes through the diaphragm. A cover is pivotally coupled to the panel selectively covering the opening through the panel.
