    Abstract: A vacuum blender having a foreign body catching member mounted thereon, the foreign body catching member disposed outside a container cover such that one end is communicatably coupled to a discharge hole formed in the container cover, and the other end is communicatably coupled to a communication path enabling a vacuum pump to communicate with the container cover. When the vacuum pump is operated in a state where the two ends of the foreign body catching member are communicating with the discharge hole and the communication path, respectively, air inside a crushing container is discharged to the outside by passing through the vacuum pump via the discharge hole, the foreign body catching member, and the communication path, and, by means of moving relative to the container cover, the foreign body catching member disposed outside the container cover has the one end communicate with or be blocked from the discharge hole.

Noise can be reduced because foods are put into an accommodation member and the foods accommodated in the accommodation member are blended in a state in which the accommodation member is covered by a cover member. Further, because a first chamber part is formed in the interior of the accommodation member and a first check valve is mounted and a second chamber part that is an empty space is formed between the accommodation member and the cover member, the first chamber part, in which the foods are accommodated, is vacuumed while the first check valve is automatically opened if the second chamber part is vacuumed without using a separate hose connected to the first chamber part.

The tray sealing apparatus includes: a base body having a top surface and a tray reception cavity formed in the upper surface; and a heater unit for heating the sealing film that the sealing film adheres by fusion to the flange of the tray inserted in the tray reception cavity. The heater unit includes a principal surface with a predetermined width, and a thin strip-type electric heating element formed in a closed curve shape corresponding to the shape of the flange of the tray. When sealing the tray with the seal film by fusion, the peripheral surface of the electric heating element is disposed along the whole flange of the tray with the seal film being interposed therebetween so as to apply the heat generated by the electric heating element to the seal film.

Also, as rotating speed of the driving motor is set to a slow rotating mode through the vacuum generator of the present invention, and is again decelerated by a gear, there is an effect with vibration and noise of an apparatus decreased.
