  • Publication number: 20130081497
Abstract: A motion transmission module with a cooling device is aimed at solving the disadvantage of the conventional motion transmission module that the cooling structure of the conventional motion transmission module would increase the length or outer diameter of the nut. The nut is formed with a flat surface for mounting the cooling device, so that the length of the nut won't be increased. Furthermore, the cooling device also serves as a positioning block to fix the return member, it doesn't increase the outer diameter of the nut.

  • Patent number: 8381607
Abstract: A roller screw includes a long shaft, a screw nut sleeved onto the long shaft, and rollers, a turnaround member and a turnover member set in between the long shaft and the screw nut. The turnaround member enables the rollers to circulate. The turnover member defines a turnover passage extending over the peripheral surface of the long shaft and connected between two load paths in the long shaft and the screw nut to constitute a circulation path. The direction of arrangement of the rollers before entering the turnover passage is different from that after moving out of the turnover passage so that the amount ratio of the rollers that are arranged in two different directions is kept constant for industrial application.

  • Patent number: 8100024
Abstract: An external circulation type ball screw with a noise-reduction structure is provided with a noise-reduction cover to be mounted on the nut. The noise-reduction cover is defined with a noise-reduction groove with two ends to cover impacting portions of the return path of the return member where the rolling elements impact the return path. With the design of the noise-reduction groove, noises will counteract each other after being transmitted to the noise-reduction groove, thus reducing the noises produced by the rolling elements impacting the return member and accordingly reducing the noises produced during operation of the ball screw.

  • Publication number: 20110048151
Abstract: An external circulation type ball screw with a noise-reduction structure is provided with a noise-reduction cover to be mounted on the outside of the nut. The noise-reduction cover is defined with a noise-reduction groove with two ends located correspondingly to impacting portions of the return path of the return member where the rolling elements impact the return path. With the design of the noise-reduction groove, noises will counteract each other after being transmitted to the noise-reduction groove, thus reducing the noises produced by the rolling elements impacting the return member and accordingly reducing the noises produced during operation of the ball screw.
