Abstract: An electronic device and a control method are provided. The electronic device includes a voice receiver which receives a voice of a user; a signal processor which performs signal processing on the received voice; a communicator which communicates with a first external device; and a controller which determines a text corresponding to the received voice of the user, and controls the communicator to transmit the signal processed voice and the determined text to the first external device.

Abstract: A display apparatus, a method of controlling the same, and a server thereof are provided, in which the display apparatus includes: a communication unit which communicates with a terminal via a conversation mode; a video processor which processes an image related to the conversation mode; a display unit which displays the image processed by the video processor; and a controller which controls the display unit to display a conversation graphical user interface (GUI) comprising a translation selection item and a conversation window for having a conversation with a user of the terminal if the conversation mode is selected, and provides a result from a translation of the conversation if the translation selection item is selected.
