In an embodiment, the urine collection device includes a fluid impermeable barrier and fluid permeable structure. The fluid impermeable barrier is adjustable between an extended configuration and a compact configuration. The fluid impermeable barrier at least partially defines a chamber, an aperture configured to receive a conduit therethrough, and an opening. The fluid permeable structure positioned within the chamber to extend across at least a portion of the opening. The fluid permeable structure configured to wick fluid away from the opening.

The fluid collection device includes a fluid impermeable barrier defining an interior chamber therein, a permeable body in the interior region, a conduit disposed within the interior chamber, and a multiport valve assembly. The multiport valve assembly allows a user to select a port at a longitudinal point in the interior chamber through which the collected valve can be removed.

The modular pump is configured to pull a vacuum and draw urine from the urine collection device through the first conduit and force the urine through the second conduit into the urine collection bag.

At least one of the first end region or the second end region may be substantially planar.
