Abstract: Disclosed is a lower leg sleeve formed from a tubular upper portion adapted to fit over at least a portion of the shin area of a user and a separate tubular lower portion connected to the tubular upper portion. The tubular lower portion is positioned closer to the ankle of a user than the tubular upper portion when the tubular upper portion is fitted over at least a portion of the shin area of a user. The tubular lower portion is resilient. The lower leg sleeve has particular application in participation sports, such as the game of soccer, where it is used both for it utility and aesthetic qualities.
