  • Publication number: 20160153112
Abstract: Metallic substrate with a ceramic coating obtained by plasma electrolytic oxidation, resistant to degradation by tribocorrosion of light metals and their alloys, in a liquid and/or semi-solid state with a thickness from 10 to 300 ?m and resistant to immersion in said light metals and their alloys without compositional modification of the substrate. Method for obtaining a metallic substrate with a ceramic coating by plasma electrolytic oxidation in which said substrate comprises a core and an outer layer of a metal different from that of the core or of an intermetallic compound, said outer layer being obtained by thermal spraying, laser, solid or liquid diffusion, hot galvanising or cementing. This allows obtaining a ceramic coating applicable to any metallic substrate and resistant to degradation by tribocorrosion.

  • Publication number: 20150166688
Abstract: Method for polymerisation over nanoparticles wherein the polymer grows over said nanoparticles, which are initially provided in virgin state and contain the absorbed water characteristic of each nanoparticle, are heat-treated at a temperature of between 50 and 500° C. for less than 24 hours such that OH groups are released on the surface of said nanoparticles, introducing same in a polymerisation reactor with a monomer to which a catalyst is added, and the polymerisation is carried out in a liquid medium according to a linear temperature increase, as well as a polymer charged with the nanoparticles thus obtained.

  • Publication number: 20140165996
Abstract: Solar heat collector with a pipe in which flows an energetic fluid and a structure consisting of a frame of plastic material with metallic profiles encapsulated during the injection of said plastic material, which allows establishing orifices therein, providing a robust and lightweight collector with few components and dimensionally stable.

  • Patent number: 6810761
Abstract: The gear-change is comprised of a casing (1-2) for securing to the structure of the vehicle, and in said casing a cam (5) is located, to which twin lineal slide blocks (8) and (16) are linked, the first of these is linked to the gear-change selection cable (10) and the second to the gear selection cable (14); the slide block (8) having a side protrusion that freely moves in a slanting aperture (6) of the cam (5), so that the traverse movement of the lever (4) and corresponding tilting toward one side and another of the cam (5), brings with it the longitudinal movement of the slide block (8) and with that the traction or compression of the cable (10), whereas the forward and backward tilting movement of the lever (4), that is hinged on an axis (11) with respect to the cam (5), produces the longitudinal movement of the slide block (16) and with that the traction or compression of the cable (14).

  • Patent number: 6735891
Abstract: The improvements apply to lock and retention elements for public works and similar machines of the type incorporating a combination of one or various metal elements with one or various blocks of elastomer material, irrespective of whether they are joined to the former or not, in which the block of elastomer material is made up of an elastic structural material containing multiple internal cavities in the form of closed cells, that are for the most part separated from each other, and which contain a gas that allows the elastomer block to be compressed and reduced in volume during the compression that metal pieces exercise on the elastomer block, showing minimum transverse expansions.
