    Abstract: Mechanisms for cross-carrier scheduling from a first cell to a second cell in a wireless networking scheme are provided. In one aspect, a method includes receiving, from a base station (BS), a first configuration for scheduling in a first cell having a first subcarrier spacing (SCS), wherein the first configuration is associated with a first search space in the first cell. The method further includes receiving, from the BS, a second configuration for scheduling in the first cell, wherein the second configuration is associated with a second search space in a second cell, and wherein the second cell is associated with a different second SCS. The method further includes determining a number of blind detections (BDs) based on at least one of the first SCS or the second SCS, and monitoring, based on the number of BDs, for downlink control information (DCI) in the first and second search spaces.

The first UE may communicate a sidelink transmission over the sidelink channel with the second UE based on the sidelink preemption indication. In some cases, the first UE may determine whether the SPI satisfies one or more thresholds and the first UE may communicate the sidelink transmission, or refrain from communicating the sidelink transmission, based on determining whether the SPI satisfies the one or more thresholds.

The UE may then select a UL channel on which to transmit the UCI based on whether a shared data and control UL channel employs contention-based scheduling. For example, multiple UEs could contend for access to the same semi-persistently scheduled (SPS) physical UL shared channel (PUSCH). Each UE may utilize a different demodulation reference (DMRS) signal cyclic shift to identify their transmissions. In some cases, some UCI, such as channel state information (CSI), may be transmitted on a contention-based PUSCH, while other UCI, such as acknowledgement information, may be transmitted on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). In some cases, the channel selection may be based on a configuration received from a base station.

    Abstract: Uplink control channel group and cross-carrier scheduling is disclosed for cooperative communications of a virtual UE. In an aspect, a UE reports a cooperative configuration with member UEs of a virtual UE and reports associations between a plurality of component carriers (CCs) allocated to a cell group and each member UE of the virtual UE. The UE may then receive an uplink control transmission configuration message dividing each member UE into an assigned uplink control transmission group and assign one or more component CCs into one or more CC sets, wherein each CC set is assigned to each uplink control transmission group. The UE may receive an uplink scheduling message from a serving base station, wherein the uplink scheduling message includes an uplink schedule for CCs within the CC set assigned to an uplink control transmission group associated with the UE.     Abstract: Provided are a water-soluble Pd(II) complex, a synthesis method thereof and use thereof as a catalytic precursor. The complex has a chemical name, ammonium dinitrooxalato palladium (II), and a molecular formula of (NH4)2[Pd(NO2)2(C2O4)]·nH2O (n is the number of crystal water). The Pd(II) complex is synthesized by using PdCl2 or [Pd(NH3)2Cl2] as a starting material which is firstly converted into [Pd(NH3)4]Cl2 in ammonium hydroxide, followed by a chemical reaction between [Pd(NH3)4]Cl2 and excessive NaNO2 to produce trans-[Pd(NH3)2(NO2)2] via ligand substitution mechanism, and finally dissolving trans-[Pd(NH3)2(NO2)2] in an aqueous solution of oxalic acid leads to the formation of the target product (NH4)2[Pd(NO2)2(C2O4)]·2H2O. The complex does not contain chlorine and other elements that are harmful to a catalyst, is readily soluble in water and has a low thermal decomposition temperature.

An SSB of the second type may be transmitted in an active bandwidth region used for communications between a user equipment (UE) and the base station.
