  • Patent number: 10958031
Abstract: Wired connector assembly systems and methods involve fixing a connector in an assembly station and following, by an assembler, a set of instructions indicating a set of wires and a respective set of terminal portions of the connector in which the set of wires are to be seated. A controller of the assembly station then monitors a pulling force on the connector via each seated wire to verify proper wire-terminal portion seating. After completing the set of instructions, including verifying each proper wire-terminal portion seating, the connector is released from the assembly station and a fully assembled wired connector is obtained.

  • Publication number: 20200104744
Abstract: Methods, computer-readable media, systems, and/or apparatuses for providing offer and output generation functions are provided. For instance, a request for an output may be received by a device. In response, user physical trait data, pre-stored data, location data, and the like, may be extracted and received from a plurality of sources. Machine learning may be used to analyze the data to predict one or more factors associated with the user and the output or offer may be generated based on the predicted factors.

  • Publication number: 20180252392
Abstract: A “push-in” or “quick-connect” light bulb provides for at least one spring-loaded metal tabs built into the bulb's base that are configured to retract when a user pushes the light bulb into a light socket, thereby allowing an electrical connection to be made between the light bulb's base and the light socket. In some embodiments, the one or more metal tabs, the bulb's base, or both the metal tab(s) and the bulb's base are configured to conduct electricity from the socket to the present invention's filament or other illumination element.

  • Patent number: 8645601
Abstract: Various methods, devices, systems, and machine readable mediums are provided which may be used in accordance with a protocol, such as a protocol used to support the transfer of data and commands between a host and a device. In one embodiment, a driver on a host device may be used to implement a protocol to provide support for various features of the universal serial bus (USB) attached storage (UAS) protocol when interfacing the host device with one or more connected devices that are compatible with either the USB 2.0 standard or the USB 3.0 standard. In this regard, a single driver on the host device may be used to support USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 devices. In another embodiment, such a protocol may be used to support USB 3.0 devices without requiring USB 3.0 streaming capabilities to be supported by host devices or connected devices.

  • Publication number: 20080045523
Abstract: The invention relates to the synthesis of polyoxygenated nitrogen systems, comprising reactions between enamines of 1,3-dioxan-5-ones and nitroolefins. More specifically, the invention relates to the reaction between enamines having formula II which are derived from 1,3-dioxan-5-ones I and nitroolefins having formula III. In this way, novel polyoxygenated nitrogen systems are generated having formula IV and V, which, as they are or following simple transformations, constitute synthetic intermediates and/or analogues of different systems of proven biological/pharmacological interest, such as certain antibiotics, or tetrodotoxin, pancratistatin or the analogues thereof. The aforementioned reactions involve the use of enamines II in Michael-type addition reactions and in direct annealing processes with double acceptor systems at relative positions 1, 3. Said N acceptors include nitroolefins III, wherein R?CHO (alphanitroenals).

  • Publication number: 20060178958
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for data processing. In one implementation, a data processing system includes storage means for storing sets of account identifiers, each of the sets of account identifiers being assigned a set of control parameters. The data processing system may also include an account management system that stores account data of accounts that are identified by the account identifiers, interface means coupled to the account management system, and one or more sets of application programs that are adapted to process account data of accounts identified by at least one of the one or more sets of account identifiers using the set of control parameters assigned to the at least one of the one or more sets of account identifiers. The interface means may obtain the account data from the account management system on request of one of the application programs.
