The method for training adjustment in sports includes steps of: measuring a lactate concentration value in the body of a user by the transdermal microneedles sensor; comparing the lactate concentration value with a predetermined value; and informing the user to reduce exercise intensity if the lactate concentration value is higher than the predetermined value, otherwise informing the user to increase exercise intensity if the lactate concentration value is lower than the predetermined value. The invention also relates to a lactate measuring device.
