Abstract: A device for providing pipette tips includes a plate-shaped carrier with a base surface, holes in the carrier perpendicular to the base surface, at least one vertically running cut-out in the outer sides of two opposing narrow sides of the carrier to accommodate two vertical guide ribs at a distance from each other, pipette tips in the holes, a bottom part with sidewalls that extend upwards from a standing surface, said sidewalls surrounding a rectangular seat for the carrier with the inserted pipette tips, wherein two opposing first sidewalls project further upward from the standing surface than to opposing second sidewalls, a supporting mechanism on the inner sides of at least two opposing sidewalls to support the carrier in a horizontal alignment at the bottom edges of narrow sides, and two vertical guide ribs engaging in the at least one cut-out when the carrier is placed on the supporting mechanism.

Abstract: A cap for a writing, drawing or painting implement, with a cap sheath and a clamping ring, characterised by the fact that the clamping ring is disposed separately in the cap sheath, and the inner peripheral surface the cap sheath and the outer and inner peripheral surfaces of the clamping ring are designed such that, by placing the cap on the housing of a writing, drawing or painting implement and then executing a relative axial twist between the cap and the housing, a firm axial fit between the cap and the housing results.

Abstract: In a pen holder device, a pen holder body (3) contained in a support body (2) is pivotable between an operational position, which is slightly inclined from the perpendicular, and a generally horizontal readiness position, wherein an acute angle exists between the operational position and the readiness position. Bearing shoulders (15) provided on opposite sides of the pen holder body (3) rest with little friction upon support surfaces (12) having evenly curved surface areas. The center of gravity (21) of the pen holder body (3) alone is below the bearing shoulders (15) and the common center of gravity (20) of the pen holder body (3) and a writing instrument (4) inserted in it is above the bearing shoulders (15).
