  • Publication number: 20220325017
Abstract: The present invention refers to a method for improving the storage stability and/or transport stability of polymer (A) comprising the following steps: a) providing polymer (A) selected from the group consisting of copolymers of ethylene and a C4C12 alpha olefin comonomer, copolymers of propylene and mixtures thereof containing additionally comonomer units comprising hydrolysable silane groups; b) providing a stabilizer (B) selected from the group consisting of sterically hindered phenols, alkyltri-alkoxysilanes, alkenyltrialkoxysilanes and mixtures thereof; c) mixing polymer (A) and stabilizer (B) to obtain a stabilized polymer composition (I); and d) transferring the stabilized polymer composition (I) obtained in step c) in a container comprising at least one barrier layer. In addition, the present invention relates to the use of stabilizer (B) for improving the storage stability and/or transport stability of polymer (A) stored and/or transported in a container having a barrier layer.

  • Patent number: 11001736
Abstract: An adhesive polymer composition comprising a non-elastomeric copolymer of ethylene and one or more comonomers having 3 to 10 carbon atoms, and an elastomer is disclosed herein. The non-elastomeric copolymer is present in an amount of 60 to 95% by weight, based on the adhesive polymer composition, has a weight average molecular weight Mw of from 50 000 to 80 000 g/mol, molecular weight distribution Mw/Mn of 2.0 to 5.5, density of from 0.925 to 0.945 g/cm3, and at most 0.1 vinyl groups/1000 carbon atoms. The non-elastomeric copolymer or the non-elastomeric copolymer and the elastomer have been grafted with an acid grafting agent.

  • Publication number: 20200095360
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a crosslinkable propylene polymer composition comprising melt mixing and reacting, preferably in an extruder, a heterophasic propylene copolymer composition A, at least one crosslinkable grafting component B represented by the formula R1SiR2qY3-q and a radical initiator C. The invention also relates to the moisture cross-linkable polypropylene polymer composition obtainable by the process, to a cross-linked polypropylene polymer composition, to the use of the cross-linkable composition for the manufacture of adhesives, sealants, films, foams, coatings or shaped articles and the use of the crosslinked propylene polymer composition in food packaging, medical devices, textile packaging, technical films and protection films.

  • Publication number: 20100322264
Abstract: An approach is provided for message routing to services. A publish request associated with a service is received from a user equipment. A query is generated to determine a plurality of locations of the service. Each location corresponds respectively to a plurality of clusters. Transmission of the query is initiated to a home locator. The locations from the home locator are received. One of the locations is selected. Transmission of the publish request to the selected location is initiated.

  • Publication number: 20050265382
Abstract: A method for providing control information for a protocol is discussed. In the method, information indicating at least one timer value is sent to at least one communications device for configuring at least one timer relating to the protocol used in the at least one communications device. A communications device is also presented, the communications device being configured to receive control information for a protocol, the control information having been sent by a communications network and indicating at least one timer value for the protocol, and to configure at least one timer value relating to a protocol used in the communications device based on the received control information.

  • Publication number: 20050135388
Abstract: a mechanism and method for controlling the rights and/or behavior of applications in a terminal, especially in a mobile terminal, are disclosed. At least some of the messages generated by an application residing in the terminal and destined for a communication network are diverted to an independent controlling entity also residing in the terminal. In the controlling entity, the messages are controlled before being transmitted to the network. Depending on the application and its behavior in the terminal, the control entity may modify the messages or even prevent their sending to the network. The modification may include inserting control data, such as a digest, which can be used to authenticate the application.
