  • Publication number: 20220377251
Abstract: A plurality of cameras is secured to railroad ties to take high resolution images of the underside of a train car as it passes over this plurality of cameras. These images are important to insure the structural integrity of the parts of the rail car as well as the connection means—a coupler and pin—between two rail cars. The shutter speed of the cameras is determined by the speed of the train as it passes over the cameras. As the images are taken, the images can be downloaded and sent to a remote location for further analysis.

  • Patent number: 10911821
Abstract: Methods, systems, and non-transitory computer readable storage media are disclosed for utilizing a plurality of recurrent neural networks to generate media consumption predictions and providing media content to a target audience. For example, the disclosed system can train a plurality of long short-term memory neural networks for a plurality of users based on historical media consumption data over a plurality of time periods. In one or more embodiments, the disclosed system identifies a target audience including a subset of users and the corresponding neural networks. The disclosed system can then utilize the neural networks of the subset of users to generate a plurality of predictions for a future time period for the users. In some embodiments, the disclosed system then combines the predictions for the users to generate a media consumption prediction for the target audience for the future time period.

  • Patent number: 9986586
Abstract: Spectrum reservation circuitry for use in a source electronic device (e.g. eNB or UE) of a wireless communication system is provided. The availability of an unlicensed carrier for use is checked by control circuitry of the source device and a License Assisted Access (LAA) Request to Send signal is transmitted on an unlicensed carrier if it is determined to be available for use. Receive circuitry is configured to receive on an unlicensed carrier, from a destination electronic device an LAA Clear to Send signal in response, depending upon availability of the unlicensed channel at the destination. Corresponding spectrum reservation circuitry is provided for use in a destination device, comprising transmit circuitry to transmit the LAA Clear to Send signal. A corresponding computer program product is provided on a non-transitory medium.

  • Patent number: 9393192
Abstract: Dosage forms and methods for providing a substantially ascending rate of release of paliperidone or risperidone are provided. The sustained release dosage forms provide therapeutically effective average steady-state plasma paliperidone or risperidone concentrations when administered once per day. This once-a-day dosing regimen results in only one peak plasma paliperidone or risperidone concentration occurrence in each 24 hour period. In addition, the peak plasma paliperidone or risperidone concentration occurs at a later time following dose administration and exhibits a lesser magnitude than the peak plasma paliperidone or risperidone concentration that occurs following administration of paliperidone or risperidone in an immediate-release dosage form.

  • Publication number: 20140372405
Abstract: A web-based computer system is programmed to present a user interface to a user for viewing with a browser program or mobile application. The user can enter a search query into the interface and the computer system forwards the received search query to a search engine. Search results are received from the search engine and the computer system creates a search record for at least one search result. The computer system is programmed to allow the user to save search records to a board. In addition, the user can add one or more of text, videos, URL links, tables and code segments to a search record. In one embodiment, a user can augment the search records by entering search terms into a search bar that is present on the board.
