    Abstract: The present invention discloses a unit commitment method considering security region of wind turbine generators with frequency response control, and the main steps are: 1) determining security region of wind turbine generators when provides frequency response; 2) based on the security region of the wind turbine generators when provides frequency response, establishing a unit commitment model considering security region of wind turbine generators; and 3) calculating the unit commitment model considering the security region of the wind turbine generators by using mixed-integer linear programming method, and obtaining the operation result of the unit commitment considering the security region of the wind turbine generators with frequency response control. The present invention can be widely used in the setting of frequency response parameters of wind turbine generators dispatched in the prior art and the start-stop and output plans of synchronous generator.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a lithium-carbon composite having cavities formed therein and a method of manufacturing the same, the method including adding and mixing an organic solvent having an aromatic ring with a lithium precursor, arranging a pair of metal wires in the organic solvent, forming a lithium-carbon composite in which a carbon body is doped with lithium through plasma discharge in a solution, and annealing the lithium-carbon composite in order to remove hydrogen from the lithium-carbon composite and form cavities in the lithium-carbon composite. Accordingly, a lithium-carbon composite can be simply synthesized using plasma discharge in a solution, and the synthesized lithium-carbon composite can be annealed to thus form cavities therein, thereby increasing the lithium charge and discharge performance of a lithium secondary battery using the lithium-carbon composite.

The prediction model construction method designs a deep neural network Multitask GCN-LSTM based on GCN and LSTM for predicting the auto trips quantity. The deep neural network comprises three modules, wherein the three modules are respectively used for extracting a spatial correlation, a temporal correlation and a feature fusion. The prediction method and system predict the auto trips quantity based on a model constructed. By considering a road segment local relationship and a road segment global relationship and taking an auto arrival quantity as a related task in constructing the model, the prediction model construction method uses a multi-task learning method to avoid overfitting of the deep neural network and reduce a prediction error of the auto trips quantity effectively.
