Abstract: To provide an action exhibiting apparatus capable of effectively exhibiting an exemplary action to a user. An action evaluating apparatus according to the present invention includes a part coordinate calculating section that calculates a part coordinate of a body of a user based on image data on the user, a user model generating section that generates a geometric model of the user based on the part coordinate and generates moving image data on an instructor action represented by the geometric model of the user based on an instructor action parameter, an action evaluating section that evaluates an action of the user based on the part coordinate, and an output controlling section that displays the instructor action represented by the geometric model of the user and the action of the user in a superimposed manner and outputs an evaluation result.

Abstract: An apparatus for determining a possibility of return of spontaneous circulation, includes: an electrocardiogram acquiring unit acquiring electrocardiogram waveform data from a subject in a cardiac arrest condition during chest compression applied to the subject; a bandpass filter unit allowing only a frequency component in a vicinity of a frequency of a P wave of the electrocardiogram waveform to pass through the bandpass filter unit; a resuscitation possibility determining unit determining whether an output of the bandpass filter unit exceeds a predetermined value or not, and determining that there is the possibility of return of spontaneous circulation when the output exceeds the predetermined value; and an outputting unit outputting a result of determination related to the possibility of return of spontaneous circulation.

Abstract: An electrode for electroencephalographic examinations which comprises a dish type metal electrode plate having mounted thereto at the peripheral edge an annular insulating plate with plural leg pieces extending radially outward therefrom. This electrode, when appropriately positioned on the human head, will stay steadily attached for a long period of time and will not be detached easily by the movement of the head.
